I went back tonight and ended up ordering from another vendor because they had the music even louder and I refused to support them today. Very POOR MANAGEMENT!!! Stood in line for 10 minutes (there was no line)! To be more clear I was the only person standing at the register. No one greeted me or even attempted to take my order after approx 10 minutes. There were three people that I could see behind the counter. I ended up moving on to another place to eat. It’s a shame I was really in the mood for a cheesesteak.

This is the beat Charleys ever and I have eaten in a lot of them. This one is located in Magnolia Mall. They have the most energetic friendly team! They customized my order and it was fabulous! Dont miss out on this location!

Went in there today and order a chicken steak combo with a lemonade and also a Philly cheese steak large combo the young lady that was in the kitchen with dreads that was making the sandwiches kept touching the screen on the wall with the gloves on while flies was touching the bread .When I mentioned it to her she said that it's not yours it door dash with a attitude and keep making the sandwiches. The young man I am assuming he was a team lead or either a supervisor was telling her to get raid of the sandwiches due to the flies that was on it kept making it and said I already started the order and bag it up n when door dash came in they pick the order up .That was so disappointing as well as discussing. I spent 30 dollars in there getting food n the food was extremely nasty they put pickles and lettuce with mayo on my food when it wasn't suppose to be on there .It was so much arguing going on at the time that Noone was paying any attention. I need to find out how to get in touch with cooperate so I can send this to a much higher person .I want my refund back as well as more cleaner and professional environment.

I had two separate catering orders, both for large groups on different shifts to feed our team members at work. Both were canceled with 45 minutes or less notice. At that point it’s impossible to find a replacement for 20-30 people.Most of our team members did not bring a lunch to work and had nothing. Really disappointed in this level of service, not once but twice. I doubt that I’ll order again.

The cook was highly unprofessional after we were asking for more ketchup. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had which is unfortunate because the food is so good. So glad I don’t live near the area and this is NOT my hometown Charley’s.
The food was good but you can't tell me it would break them to give a refill on a $3.29 drink. Sorry... that left a bad taste in my mouth.

The food is great, but I asked for the hot pepper relish, and the dude looked at me like I was crazy and said "No". Idk if they're out or have stopped serving it, or he simply didn't know it was on the menu, but it was pretty expensive for not the sandwich I wanted.

Short staffed & extremely slow. Can't put the order in for sandwiches correctly. Can't even make the sandwiches how they are supposed to make them. Probably one of the worst charleys locations i have wver been too. Get it together!!!

This has to be the worst Charley's in the whole franchise. From getting the same exact sandwiches made different every time, to just plain not serving customers, we've heard all the excuses from this location.This most recent experience was the last straw. A single gentleman came from the back after we said we had a pick up order and said they were closed, an hour after opening. Never offered us a refund on $50 worth of food or anything. A worker at the mall came up to us and told us that there were actually 3 people there and they were lying.This location needs an immediate revamp of staff and should probably be closed until further notice. I will also be contacting corporate to ensure the refund to our party.
