A few mins ago I grabbed a 2 for 5 chicken sandwich with cheese and added drink and fries for 3 dollars. The fries were good but there was no cheese and the chicken was burnt and dry and as of now has my teeth hurting at the moment to were I could not even finish the last sandwich. I’m here working for a couple weeks and don’t think I’ll be going there anymore which is disappointing because I love Checkers. Word of advice get new workers or more help so that yall can provide better quality..

Disappointed with the Strawberry and Cheesecake bite! Had a tiny slight strawberry jam flavor that was covered with cream cheese. Should have been Strawberry filled only with a cheesecake dip on the side....The idea has potential but the execution failed! Great customer service though but don't get the cheesecake bites....🙄💯

Order 4 checker burgers on door dash from this establishment. Burgers were cold, two of them had tarter sauce on them with the buns smushed no lettuce or tomato or either sandwich.... Very disappointed.

Ok, that's it. I've given you multiple chances. You're using AI to take orders, so you literally read it off of a screen. Yet...you still can't get it right. Your Monsterella sticks, are somehow over and under-cooked simultaneously. Your spicy chicken sandwich came across as a burnt offering to some obscure old world diety. The Sprite tasted like aspirin, and slime. (Just FYI you're supposed to rinse the cleaner off, you know...) Your fries... well... ok, to be real they were delicious, and they alone saved you from a bag coming back through the window, with force. I sincerely hope the health department shuts you down.
