I didn't get the guys name and when I thought about it, he was busy doing what appeared to be training another employee while simultaneously waiting on another customer, so I didn't want to bother him, but hopefully this will somehow make it back to him! This is about the young white guy with dark nails working that night! He was FANTASTIC! He had the best personality and really helped me choose my order and even suggested ways to make it just the way I wanted! Checkers, take note, y'all have an amazing employee which is almost non existent this day and age so if I were y'all, I'd make it hard for him to leave! You don't get many like this, and you better make him know y'all know about him show him appreciation that he deserves! Those stars across the board is because of him!!

Unfortunately they no longer allow you to bypass the AI voice ordering. You have to talk to the recorder and not a real person and it ruins the experience of ordering food :(

I wish I could give this place a negative review. Not much open at 11pm so my options were slim to begin with. On top of it all I have a mother who has stomach problems and can only eat certain things. I ended up here thinking we would be fine. I was clearly wrong. I pulled up and parked for a minute letting my mom look online at the menu that way I was ready when I got to the window. She didn't see what she normally gets online so I in 20 degree weather walked to the first sign thinking I was going to be able to show her the menu. They had it off. I got back in my car and she wanted to see the physical menu so I pulled up. As I'm sitting there with my phone half way out the car showing my mom the menu on facetime a âwomanâ sticks her head out the window and yells âPULL FORWARD!!!â to which I replied âGive me one second.â She then yells again hanging half way out the window âPULL FORWARD!!!!!!!â with more of an attitude. I once again said âone secondâ once I get up to the window I will no longer be able to see the menu. Once my mom figures out what she wants I then pull up. The âwomanâ opens the window and states âby the way we could hear everything you said and I HAVE to stick my head out the window our machine is broke!â I then said anyway to proceed with my order and she mocked me saying âyeah anyway haâ I work in customer service. I work in a restaurant. The difference between us could be she makes hourly and I make tips? I'm not sure but even off the clock I would never speak to customers the way she spoke to me tonight. She also looked like she was high on something. Come on Checkers do better! Are you hiring straight off the street now? I mean I get it we have some crackheads at my job too but if they disrespect the customers they are automatically gone! We do NOT deal with that kind of stuff. Pop up drug test anyone? I know who won't pass hahaha

Would not recommend. I ordered a 3pc chicken strip meal, 1 loaded fry, and a sweet tea. They didnât put the chicken tinder meal in the bag so we went back around. I told them, they shut the window and started laughing THEN proceeded to tell us they are out of chicken tinders. Didnât offer to give a refund, so we took our business somewhere else. Once they shut the window again they started laughing and looking at us once again. Very unprofessional. I feel as if they just didnât want to throw the tenders in the fryer by the way they were acting.
