I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger (Baconzilla) and there was no issues there. But my girlfriend and daughter wanted the spicy chicken sandwiches. I should have took pictures but I was tired after work and going to get food. Looked nothing like the pictures. Both sandwiches looked like a run down school cafeteria sandwich. The buns looked like dollar store bread and nothing like the pictures you see on the menu. Needless to say, they were not happy at all.
My girlfriend wanted the caramel sundae. When I get there to pick up the food, I was informed that there was no sundaes. But they could give me a milkshake to replace it. That's fine....
When the employee handed me the cup for the milkshake, there was stuff spilled all over the side of it. The cup was so foamed up. The cup was nothing but milk and maybe one squirt of caramel. My girlfriend still tried it and she said it tasted like they had put pure salt in the milk and caramel. She threw it away and now pissed off even more because her sandwich and drink were horrible.
When I arrived at the place to pick up my food, the side door was wide open. There were about 4-5 people standing there talking inside the establishment. 4 of them, not in uniforms, just having a grand conversation. This restaurant only has 4 parking spaces. I had to squeeze between two vehicles just to be able to go grab my food.
All in all, it was a horrible experience and will be my last time going to this place. I would not recommend it at all. Again, our first time was great but then we get this. I'm only giving two stars because the only thing right was the bacon Cheeseburger. If it wasn't for that, it would for sure be a one star.

.Visit on December 2 at approximately 8:41 PM. Ordered from this Checkers and received food that looked old, poorly assembled, and honestly made me feel nauseous just looking at it. The bun was soaked, the cheese appeared overcooked and separated, and the burger looked like it had been sitting for a while. I did not feel comfortable eating it and haven’t been back since. Posting with a photo so others can make an informed decision.

Food was great even though they make their burgers smaller now. My boyfriend and I thought that was disappointing because we always remembered them being bigger years ago. Didn't care for the robotic order taker because it took it a few times to understand my order. The younger guy at the window was sluggish and didn't understand what we said after repeating it 5 times.

Had to wait about 25 minutes to get served even put in my order. Nobody had the right clothes on. They just have regular clothes no uniform they were just sticking the cups in the ice without using the scoop. What’s going on with fast food these days?

I have Never had Checkers before, so when my daughter had an appointment that took us right by it I decided to give it a try. Never being there I didnt know where to start but the young man taking order was very helpful and the food was delicious!

No Amex, only drive thru and had nothing in the menu.
This drive-through is ridiculous. I ordered my food and I literally sat there for over 10 minutes. Nobody was in sight. so I finally just backed up and left. Who has the time around lunch hour to wait like this? I will never come here again as a matter fact, I will never eat out of checkers again

Food burnt, didn't have 2 items, said advertised item wasn't available. Said you don't serve milkshakes this time of night(10:00). Gave me wrong drink(didn't know until I left). I was disappointed, because it's my first visit since reopening.

Burger bun was ice cold like it was taken from the fridge. Both burger patties were cold, chicken sandwich (double) was mushy not crispy at all. Fries were actually hot and nice to eat. Handed burger back to manager on duty (older gentleman) he immediately turned up his nose and went to remake it for it to be covered in onions. I just left bc they weren't trying to do right by me. I'll be calling corporate in the morning bc I want my whole $15 back!

I went to get 2 Classic mother crunchers, only ketchup and cheese and they were burnt!! I ate one because I had already made it home and I’m not going back out, so screw it, I’m hungry! but the other was nearly black and I couldn’t even eat it?!?!
