Checkers is one of my favorite drive thru to swing thru but today at the palmetto st store I had a bad experience. I ordered the mother crusher chicken sandwich combo large, the fries was Luke warm. The drink was perfect but my sandwich looked disgusting. The sandwich was made SLOPPY and the meant was BURNT AND OLD I couldn't enjoy my lunch and was highly disappointed. Food is too high to br wasting on old nasty burnt food. I spent $12 and couldn't enjoy it. I've tried calling the store but the number was disconnected. I want a full refund of my order. I couldn't come back cause I'm at wrk in dillon SC. Can somebody help resolve this issue please

I want my money back from today's disaster. I ordered 2 unbeatable meal deals: cheese doubles. Fries are greasy & not cooked well; burgers have absolutely no taste, the replacement funnel cake fries were just as greasy & just as nasty as the regular fries and to make matters worse the small cup lid is too big. HOW?! The drink is pouring out of the top when TILTED to get to my mouth to drink it! I'm so pissed off on my 30 minute lunch break! Don't do this as marketing if you're not going to make & market the food appropriately. This location is trash! I hate to say that because people need jobs, but TRAIN THEM CORRECTLY! REFUND ME PLEASE 8.80,no receipt given & NO I don't want credit because I won't be going to NO MORE CHECKERS!

Handed me a plastic bag with two drinks sitting loose in it because “they do not give drink trays to Door Dashers”…..it was for the customer who paid for the order. Not me.
The workers at this place have decided to join others' conspiracy against my rights. The last 3 dashes I have sat there over 15 minutes. Tonight,when i pull up a vehicle is blocking the entrance and they let me sit there 15 minutes before telling me they are closed. I am trying to pick up 2 dashes, yet they are in the kitchen still making food, laughing, and cutting up. This will not be tolerated any longer.
