“I just lost my step dad who was from PA and loved a good Philly cheesesteak. I wanted to have one tonight in his honor so this is where I went. I’ve never eaten here before but I’ve picked up delivery orders from here and every time I ask how are you today, the response is “better than good”. When I told the cashier tonight why I was there she grabbed my hand and told me she was praying for me, they wrote a special message on my box. They didn’t have to do that but they showed compassion and did. Many years ago I worked in a couple restaurants in a mall. It’s crazy busy all the time, staffing is usually an issue, and hard working staff often goes unnoticed. I’m not big fan of mall food in general but tonight, my food was fantastic and the service, well, it was way better than good!!!“
