I got a half of a container of fries and the tenders were much smaller than any Chick-fil-A that I've ever visited. The dirtiest as well. Couldn't believe how dirty it was. Would not visit this one again

Extremely disappointing experience this morning. I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations over the years and this is the first one I would actively recommend people avoid.

My husband received his food while mine was completely forgotten. We also had to remind staff that we never received our drinks. No one asked if we wanted condiments—we were only told what this location “doesn’t do,” which came off dismissive.

The employee taking our order appeared uninterested and unhappy to be there. There was no friendliness, no smiles, and not a single “my pleasure,” which is usually standard for Chick-fil-A.

The food quality was just as bad. The chicken was very dry, and the lemonade tasted watered down and unpleasant. Overall, the service, attitude, and food quality were far below Chick-fil-A standards. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Not my “normal” CFA but was in the area and needed biscuits for a customer, so I swung in and went to the drive through. Before I ordered I asked how long the wait would be for 10 CFA biscuits and if I needed to come inside, I wouldn’t gladly do that and wait. The representative replied “we aren’t taking any large orders right now”. So again I said, I don’t mind waiting, I can just come inside. She again said, “No it doesn’t matter we aren’t taking any large orders”. So I said okay, how many can I get right now? She replied, “no more than 1”.

WoW! I am a signature member with over 100,000 points and I’ve never had a CFA location act this way. I don’t expect them to have it ready right away, I had no problem going inside and waiting 15-20 minutes if needed. But zero solutions at all.

Had to go all the way across town to another location who jumped on my request right away.

Great food. Usually great service however today they dropped the ball. I recommend never using DoorDash for this location. You are out of luck if your order is wrong. The HR Director Damien didn’t do anything to compensate for my inconvenience. The first “manager” hung up on me. The second “manager” Justin was very pleasant and did his best so I will say he was the only professional on staff today most likely. HR needs to do refresher training. I’m available if you are looking to add on to your HR team to help. Thank you and Happy Holidays.

Johnny, the young man with redush hair, had a bad attitude. After his colleague asked me what was wrong, she walked over to a third worker and told her... so the third person laughed as she looked at me. My order was not complete. Items were missing.

Also, This location has no condiments in the dining room. So I was asking for a spoon, fork, napkins, salt, saltiness for my soup, almonds for my kale salad, granola for my yogurt and the ketchup that I originally ordered (that was listed on my ticket but was not with my food).

When I placed my order there was only one customer in front of me, and NO customers behind me.

Would give 5 stars except they gave me a spicy chicken deluxe when I ordered a regular, but all in all, the food is always amazing and the people were friendly
