As usual, the restaurant is very well run, no matter how full it isz they move the lines pretty quickly inside as well as outside. The food always tastes very good. The customer service is by far one of the best. I have yet to find an employee that seems to be having a bad day and has an attitude when taking your order. They all seem to be happy and ready to take your order. The parking is limited but they have it well marked off and it doesn't seem to be an issue Most of the traffic I see is the order from your vehicle and they move those lime pretty quickly.

Food was delicious but even at 8:00am when there were 1-2 cars in the drive thru and 3-4 in the parking lot, we were asked to pull Up and wait - every car in the drive thru had to do that - in all the chick fila’s I’ve been to, I’ve never seen something like that.

I have been eating Chic-fil-A cobb salads for a few years now but I tried the Avocado Lime ranch dressing for the first time and OH MY GOODNESS, THE BEST SALAD EVER. No more regular ranch for me!!!!!

Gotta love it when you get your food and there is a blue powerade with your order that you did not order. You tell them because it was almost $3 and they apologize take the drink back and keep your money with no problems. The line is so busy it's not worth waiting for a refund and they have no issue keeping your money.
Yesterday was the first time my food was mot good chicken in sandwich burnt and dry and fries were hard and a lot of small pieces at the bottom like trash

Ordered a spicy chicken biscuit and they gave me the thinnest piece of chicken ever i honestly thought it was bacon at first thats how thin it was wtf never had that happen. Why would you think its ok to send something like that? So beware they may do you the same way.

Online I submitted my order to get in the drive thru. Instructions said the attendant would direct me when I arrived. We got there and they only had parking spaces, no attendant. I called and they said I had to come in to pick up. When I went in the girl couldnt find my order. Another came over and found it. Then she gave me the 3rd degree that it was my fault they couldnt find in. How is that? I put getting in online order line, and they dont have one. HELLO! Why the H didnt they say that on their online ordering app. Where I live they all have an online order line. I travel 95 a lot. 1st time at Florence Chic. Will never go there again. I was treated badly and their app was messed up. If I had not been trying to get to an appointment on time I would have complained to the manager. You dont fuss at or belittle those paying customers!
