i had the triple dipper and from the Mozzarella was horrible and outrageous and not spot on and my feelings were hurt and also the chocolate molten cake was just horrible

Our Brugers were so well done they were crispy around the edges. Our waitress was excellent. This was not her fault. In fact she came to us 4 times and apologized. When the food came out it was awful.
We had 2 children under the age of 3 with us. Out of Respect, I took them outside because they were fussy and I hate to hear screaming when I eat. That was not a good move. The most awful language coming out of the mouths of a gang of young boys who think they are men, and that kind of language is cute. I was so angry they had no more respect than that.
Put a sign up * No Foul Language or we will Refuse service*.
The restaurant was so crowded, I honestly believe the Fire Matshal should have been called. Every table, every booth, even the 6 person booths were full. The bar was full. There were so many people standing around, the waiters had a hard time getting to their customers. And getting to the Restroom was almost impossible.
We we were ready to finally leave, the door was so packed with people, we could not get through and people wouldn't move to ket us out the door. This was a circus!!! Chili's in Florence, You have issues. If the restaurant caught fire, there would be NO way to get everyone out safely. With 2 small children this is a terrifying senerio that could happen.

Travis our server was very professional and great sense of humor, brought great welcoming vibes and food was awesome we got the dry rub and bar b que ribs , Mac n cheese was on point, white cheddar and was already seasoned, it was great and last but not least the patron marguirita was awesome!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience last Friday evening. We usually aren’t big fans of chains but decided to venture out of our norm. Our meals and service at the bar were great! He had a bacon cheeseburger and I had the mini burgers. Both were tasty and cooked to perfection! We will definitely be back.
