Horrible. Wish I could be refunded. My burger looked like someone but off of it. And was not cooked as I ordered it, which was supposed to be pink middle. Instead, it was fully cooked. Fries were dry and cold. The bun was cold and dry like it was taken directly from the refrigerator …The food was awful and not edible. I was too far away so I ended up just throwing it away. $18 wasted…!!!!

Don’t waste your time!

The food was good but the spice level seemed higher than usual. I was a few minutes early for my pickup time. While waiting my pickup time changed to later.

Well, well, well, where do I begin with our magical night at your Florence, South Carolina establishment? It was supposed to be a dazzling evening celebrating my father’s 60 glorious years on this planet, but instead, it became a comedic episode worthy of a sitcom. Who knew a dinner could come wrapped with a side of surprise drama?

Let's talk about our fabulous server, Daniel. Bless his heart, I think he mistook us for invisible customers given his remarkable ability to not notice our table of 13. We even considered forming a marching band just to catch his attention. Sadly, attentive service wasn’t on the menu, but at least we got plenty of time to admire the unchanging view while waiting endlessly for our meals.

Ah, the food. One usually expects a feast fit for a celebration, but what we got was more like a mystery box. It was so far below your usual esteemed standards, I was compelled to wonder if my taste buds had suddenly gone on strike. Spoiler alert: they hadn't.

Now let's delve into the pièce de résistance of the evening: the gratuity extravaganza. Daniel, with a poker face that could win championships, confidently informed us that the mandatory gratuity would be applied at a delightful 9% for each of our two checks. Surprise! Both checks carried an 18% gratuity. Who knew math could be so...inventive?

As for Uncle Sam's take on such creative billing flair, according to the IRS ruling back in 2012, a forced gratuity strolls into the ‘wages’ category, cleverly giving customers a bit of wiggle room. So, while Daniel might be playing fast and loose with numbers, it seems the IRS might have a slightly different script in mind.

Thank you, dear restaurant, for turning an anticipated celebration into a memorable episode titled "What Not to Expect When Dining Out." Rest assured, my family and I have a newfound appreciation for surprises—just not the culinary kind. Cheers! 🥳

We had such a great experience with Dynomite Dan as our server. He greeted us at the door with a smile and it never left the entire time. We even did a little dance break !! Chad also did a great job with making sure we were comfortable outside with the cabana and heaters !! Everything was amazing from the service to the atmosphere!!! 20/20 !!! Do reccommend

We were greeted very friendly waiter. However, he seemed overwhelmed as we didn't see him as often as we should have. Drinks were left unfilled, and my wife's order was wrong. The manager on duty refilled our drinks and covered his busy section. I do not think he was a bad waiter, just loaded down with large tables. The food was good and to his credit the server was as well i would go back to try some of the new menu options.

Sadly the food was sub par to every other Chili's location I've ever visited. Hopefully it was just an off day. The saving grace was excellent service from Hutch in the bar.

The food was horrible for me. The rice was hard as the table and the carnitas taste like burn. No the experience I always got from our Chili's in Florida and on top of that my food was incomplete without the tortillas, sour cream, ect.

The food was good but they forgot a few items in my Togo order. So when I went back in for the food they forgot the tall blonde girl wanted to act like it was my fault and basically threw my food at me and turned her back on me with no apology. Even other guests in the restaurant commented on her attitude.

Traveling for business and went here this evening. Sat at the bar, had plenty of open seats but most all of the available seats had food on the bar top in front of those seats. Staff was very short too. I love Chili’s but this location is one I won’t be going back to.
