I usually don’t write reviews on google maps but WOW. This place was dirty!! Im assuming they’re understaffed but come on at least give the cashier area a wipe down. Also the longest wait I’ve had in a chipotle in ages.

Every time I go in to get food, they are out of the meat I want (usually chicken). And then I was told this time that it would be 20 minutes for the meat to be done and I can see it on the grill so I wait. It is done and then no one cuts it up. 35 minutes later, at 6:30 on a Saturday evening, we are told they are having a meeting in the office and there is no one to cut it up or cook more of all that they need (they needed rice at that point as well). I have tried other meat as well and it is always rubbery so I will not be going back there. Absolutely horrible service!

these employees are so mid, I am trying to point out what I want in my bowl and the employees were too fast in my food that I couldnt even get what I wanted cause they already put a scoop down, Not to mention the same lady everyone is talking about, I was tranfering my money and she pointed the card and was being very aggressive, pls stop working at your job and touch grass thank you!!!

Im so sad to say this because I love Chipotle 😭 this place cannot have only young adults at night. Me and my husband went there after our son's football game. It was 9pm. I expected for there to still be rice at the least. We get to the front and we ask for honey Chipotle chicken. We were told to wait because there wasn't any. We asked for brown rice. We were told it was going to be 30 minutes because there was no more. The white rice was dry and only had about 2 scoops left. While waiting for the chicken I was looking at the staff. There was about 6 people doing absolutely nothing. There was a customer im assuming talking to the cashier instead of helping. We looked down and the floors were COVERED IN GARBAGE. Im sure instead of all of the talking that was going on someone could have picked up a broom. Also where the food was, there was so much different foods mixed up and messy. Everything looked so gross. Finally I went to the bathroom and with no surprise, there was so much tissue on the floor and no toilet paper. Safe to say if this place was to get inspected at that moment, it would fail.

The store is always dirty. I placed a pick up order 20 minutes before I get into the store. They say a person is training is on mobile orders. I am was told my order is behind 12 other people, even though it should have been done. There were several people waiting why do you have someone training here in rush-hour? The girl at the checkout was very nasty just like the store.

Filthy. The drink area was a mess, all 4 trash cans were overfilled, bathroom had no tissue, ice machine was leaking water on the floor, the drink area had trash on the counter and no tops for cups until someone told the staff. My aunt had to ask for a manager to tell her that the bathroom had no toilet tissue and to at least take the trash out. The manager said it was a shift change but they still had plenty staff. The pinto beans were dried out and caked on the pan sides and again my aunt had to ask for new beans. Management for the afternoon/evening shifts needs to step it up and lead better!

Staff was friendly, portions were generous, and wait time was fine — but cleanliness needs serious work. Floors, tables, and counters were messy, and the food station wasn’t kept up. During my order, the server had to stop to refill containers, slowing things down. Having refills prepped or handled by another employee during rush hours would keep the place cleaner, speed up service, and make for a much better experience.

Be prepared to wait a long time for your order, even if you place the order online 1 HOUR AHEAD! The staff didn’t care that customers were in the restaurant. They seemed mad at the world. I know working fast food isn’t glamorous but the other Chipotles that I’ve been to had friendly and efficient staff behind the counter.

Still outrageously expensive.
Paid more for two small burritos and a salad than steak a drink and a side for myself and kids at Longhorns steakhouse.
Where's the value in that ?
Food is mediocre at best.
Don't like chipotle but didn't have a big choice today.
