The food, as always, is excellent. Service was just fine, and the restrooms were also fine (except for nearly running out of toilet paper). But speaking of running out of things, believe the reviews - they run out of food. We were informed on arrival that they were out of fajita vegetables and black beans, and as we were leaving they announced that chicken would be a 20 minute wait. This was at 6:30, so it seems the management/prep could use some improvement.

Had to wait 15 in the line only to get to the windows and they were out of rice steak carne asada sour cream lettuce corn and guacamole!!! The worker making the food had not support or anyone helping him with prep and replacing the thing a he needed. It was a complete disaster!! Not to mention the work space was dirty and food was everywhere

I absolutely love chipotle’s food. I eat here OFTEN. The food quality is the only reason I keep coming back. Every now and then the service seems slow, but never gotten cold food. I love that there are different options that I can customize according to my diet. I get exactly what I want every time with no questions and the food itself truly is amazing.
BUT… you can almost guarantee that no matter how the line workers treat you, your day will be ruined by the lady at the register. Never smiles, never asks “how are you today?” And always has an attitude. She acts like she absolutely hates working there and she is the only reason I hesitate to go back more often. Very POOR customer service with her and I am always so disappointed in how I am treated by this person when I come in. I treat people the way I want to be treated, but it’s very hard to do that when someone just tells you what the amount is, shoves the receipt in your face and just says, “thanks.” It never changes no matter what time of day you go. I understand that people have things going on in life, but this is literally EVERY time I go in there and if it’s affecting her work, she needs to be let go or corporate office needs to have a long sit down with her. Honestly ridiculous.

I will eat chipotle anywhere else in the world EXCEPT Florence. Your service is horrible. I came in and was the ONLY person in line and the staff stood laughing, talking and texting like for 5 minutes before the cook on grill turned around and asked has anyone helped me yet. I told him no. He was very disappointed. So, shout out to him. After the service was horrible. The manager was no where to be found and when I called back to complain, she too was very dry and had no customer service about herself. So I called corporate and as you know, NOTHING was done. You all have been a disappointment since you first opened. I stopped eating here for years. Over ten years and to return after a decade to the same dry, unprofessional customer service is beyond unbelievable. DO BETTER.

We typically love Chipotle. We are traveling and stopped into the Florence location. The bathrooms had water all over the floor. The womens was clogged up so we went into the mens room. It was absolutely disguisting. Feces all over the seat. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months.
The food was mediocre. The steak was so fatty that we could barely chew it. We went to sit down and there was food all over the seats and floor. I would never come to this location.

the workers there don’t wanna do there job and have horrible attitudes. wouldn’t even know how the food is because they refused to serve it to an hour before they closed. whichever girl closed on the 23rd should be fired too. disgusting attitude

Horrible experience every time I go there. I tried giving them a chance a month after my first experience and nothing has changed. Filthy, never have any food to serve customers, and wait time is super long on multiple dishes. The employees just laugh, joke around and always one person serving. I will never in my life return to Florence location. I do not recommend to anyone.

This was my first time ordering from this specific location for delivery near Sam’s Club, which is only about half a mile away. I’m really disappointed and feel disrespected receiving food like this, especially after spending around $20. The food is terrible—the rice is so dry it crunches in your teeth, and almost every bite of chicken has fatty pieces that you can’t even chew. The salad even came out discolored and almost black. I won’t suggest you to make uber pickups order from this place
