Burrito didn’t wrap well. Food falls apart and I have to use fork to eat this burrito

This location is always a complete mess. Trash and food all over the floor and tables. Trash cans overflowing. I can’t bring myself to go back here unfortunately. If the dining room is always like this, I can imagine what the condition of the kitchen might be.

Ordered 2 burrito bowls to be delivered to our hotel. Both orders were wrong. We paid for guacamole on both and neither one had it. We ordered brown rice and got white rice. Not a big deal on the rice but very upset that we got ripped off for the money on the guacamole

Waited too long for my food. Manager left the line and the line got super backed up. Other employees standing around not helping the person on the line catch up on orders. The delay wasn’t even acknowledged. Never got my food. I’ve never experienced this with any other Chipotle location.

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, but this experience was honestly unacceptable. My girlfriend and I came in on April 15th at 10:22 PM. From the moment we walked in, the energy was off. One of the employees made strange hand gestures at us and acted like we were a burden for simply ordering food. We were being rushed, even though there was one person behind us and still plenty of time before closing.

They were out of several ingredients, which isn’t ideal but whatever it happens. The issue was the attitude. When we asked a basic question, the employee rolled her eyes, and the whole interaction felt rude and uncomfortable. What really crossed the line was the hygiene. She was touching her face with her gloves on and still handling our food. That’s straight-up cross-contamination and unacceptable.

We left feeling completely disrespected and honestly kind of disgusted. The food is still in the bag because I’m not even sure it’s safe to eat. I’ve never had an experience this bad at any Chipotle in my 24 years, and I say that as someone who actually likes this place. Management seriously needs to take a hard look at this location and how it’s being run.

This Chipotle has so many issues. When we walked in the tables and floors were covered in old food. The seats were falling apart and the drink refill station was trashed. And worst of all THEY WERE OUT OF RICE! The main food item on their menu. I used to go to this Chipotle location all of the time but it has only gone downhill. I hope they can fix these terrible issues soon.

As a loyal customer to this franchise, I was appalled & sickened to find a bug within lettuce within my tacos🤢🤢. I would like a manager to please respond as soon as possible.

Yeah this store is an absolute mess!! Manager behaves like a snotty teenager & doesn’t know how to run a crew. Today she was loitering around by the trash cans in street clothes smoking a vape, then she went in store with looked to be her child.. abt age 4! Half the staff are standing around doing nothing while the store is an absolute zoo… customers waiting so long. Door dashers waiting upwards of 1/2 hour for orders. Filthy food stations, trash outside completely spilling over. That mgr lady needs to
Be let go, she is not a leader for her team & certainly has no interest in providing customers with even half way decent service.

Too slow but Food is delicious, they definitely need more than one in Florence, SC

Dont expect to do a mobile order and they get it right. EVERY time me and my wife does a mobile order its never right, and when you go in youll expect to wait about 30-40 minutes just to order and get your food because most of the staff is standing around talking

They didn't give a good amount for rice or meat and when I asked for a large guacamole and chips they said chips are an extra charge even though the menu says you get both for the price. It's never consistent in there and the bathrooms are awful and nasty. The line is always long but at least it moves.

Lmao! Just wanted to add these torn stools to the proceedings. I've been to dozens of Chipotles all over the country and it's hard to imagine a worse location. It's constantly out of essential ingredients, almost always a long wait, and permanently filthy. Comically mismanaged. Its hard to even pick up an online order since they keep the orders behind the counter and are so slammed and understaffed. At least it tastes like Chipotle, and they've never been rude, so it's got that. Shame.

It’s 10pm . Online says open until 11pm. Been driving for 5 hours pull in for some food just to find all the food gone , empltwith their head down looking at there phones talking in the back. Stood there for about 5 min without being acknowledged. Walked out. Don’t say your open till 11pm if your gonna have everything closed down with no food AN HOUR before that.
