The food, as always, is excellent. Service was just fine, and the restrooms were also fine (except for nearly running out of toilet paper). But speaking of running out of things, believe the reviews - they run out of food. We were informed on arrival that they were out of fajita vegetables and black beans, and as we were leaving they announced that chicken would be a 20 minute wait. This was at 6:30, so it seems the management/prep could use some improvement.

This specific location is always incredibly slow. Doesn't matter if you go during lunch time or not. A lot of the time they have one person doing the job of two/three. The food, however, is always really delicious and fresh. Was in line a few weeks ago and there was a legit loud argument between a customer and whoever was doing the online pickup (idk who was in the wrong but it was so uncomfortable). Ordered food for pickup on a Friday evening. The order was not ready at the specified time and the regular line was wrapped around to the door. They seemed to be understaffed so I feared the worst. Despite the inadequate staffing, each employee knew exactly what they needed to do to get the orders filled. They did a fantastic job filling my order, which was only 10 or so minutes late. (I've had an order at a DIFFERENT Chipotle delayed by well over an hour despite fewer customers...
