They didn't give a good amount for rice or meat and when I asked for a large guacamole and chips they said chips are an extra charge even though the menu says you get both for the price. It's never consistent in there and the bathrooms are awful and nasty. The line is always long but at least it moves.

I like Chipotle food. The understaffed, messy restaurant in Florence is a disappointing dining experience. There's shipping boxes left on the tables, trash and food waste on the floor. The burrito I ordered sat 4th in line cooling off because the server was absent. Thankfully the first server moved over to help. The Management really needs to do better for their customers and employees.

Chipotle is one of my go to’s when traveling due to the limited gluten. They had set some tortillas in the top bowl and I asked for a different one since they weren’t gluten free. They instantly went to change their gloves, get me a bowl from lower on the stack and spread the word down to change gloves and be careful which is always a great sign for those with allergies and restrictions.
