Not impressed on a Saturday evening. $98 for my husband and I and our 4 yr old granddaughter. We got a pizza with wings, 2 drinks, 30 min play time & jumping. Our buzzer never went off so we had to walk up and get food. Girl at cash register was rude and when I went to grab plates she told me “no no wait just a minute” rudely and literally handed us a receipt and the plates…not sure the big deal of me grabbing them. There was a kids throwing basketballs over a booth of a family, no one stopped him. Kids screaming way too loud and almost knocking little kids down. Will definitely not be back. I’m honestly surprised they are still in business with what we witnessed tonight.

We had a blast for my daughter’s 5th bday party. They were very accommodating and felt like we got our moneys worth

It's a good place for my daughter to play, she is small so I buy points rather than time. I didn't like this visit the two games that give pictures where not working, and we went with a friend that is living town, so we wanted those games in special.
We only ordered drinks, you pick and serve them on your own, and it has unlimited refills.
We also bought the trampoline, it's good if you buy it early, enjoy it, and come back later to take advantage of the whole day, that's what we did.

Haven’t been to a Chuck E. Cheese in many years! I cannot imagine how much fun the 6 kids we invited had!! The place was spotless! The entire staff were so friendly and welcoming!! The pizza was fantastic!! The show was fun as the kids danced with Chuck E. Cheese. They loved the games and all the prizes they were able to choose from!!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a great time!!!

Saturday my kids and I went to a party. One person was taking an order while 3 other employees were walking back and forth to the back rather than come stamp our hands. The same employee stopped taking the order to stamp our hands but she stated no outside drinks. I had my son's sippy cup along with my cup. So I told my oldest to take it to the car. While I waited on my daughter I asked to speak with a manager about the sippy cup. One of the two people that were walking back and forth was the manager Bri or Bria. I asked if I can bring in the sippy cup because my baby doesn't knows how to drink out of a straw and she said no outside drinks. Then I said ok so if I pour out the drink can I bring in the cup she said again no outside drinks. I said I understand that I'm asking to bring in the empty cup she said I would have to purchase a cup/drink I said I'm here for a party and it's already purchased. She then repeated herself and said no outside drinks at this point I'm frustrated because you're not listening or just don't care. I then said so what is my baby supposed to drink or do you want me to go outside back and forth so he can drink. She said nothing. At this point I'll never visit this location again while they have incompetent people as managers.

Great place to take grand kids, but very expensive.

It was super busy on Saturday with birthday parties going on. It's very pricey for what you get. The pizza was good, but quite thin and airy, so you may want to plan for extra. It cost us $58 for one pizza and 3 drinks with the least expensive game card. We took a salad home from the well-kept salad bar for $15, but it was really fresh. The salad bar had a lot of different things to choose from.

We had our daughters 7th birthday party at the Florence location. We asked a staff member if we could please have the plates so that we could serve the cake and she said she would go and get them. Ten minutes later she comes out with the keys to lock up their trampoline area so I went up and asked if we could please have the plates and forks and if they have any napkins because by this time the kids were starting to become upset. She said she couldn't leave the entrance to their trampoline entrance and I said their is no one at the counter and I don't see any other staff. The entire staff for the most part apparently stay in the back and out of site. I caution anyone to have their children's birthday at this location. Customer service is not a high priority there.

It was a good visit. Lots of interesting stuff.

Pizza was good. Crust a bit hard.
Have to pay xtra in addition to games to use jumpy. Not fair to children.
Closed half restaurant early.
Older Female employee/manager was openly using loud profanity and language to include playing rap music with profanity over the speakers. Cussing while out on the floor, while checking machines and towards the other cook or manager as well.
Won't be taking my children back there anytime soon.
