We had our daughters 7th birthday party at the Florence location. We asked a staff member if we could please have the plates so that we could serve the cake and she said she would go and get them. Ten minutes later she comes out with the keys to lock up their trampoline area so I went up and asked if we could please have the plates and forks and if they have any napkins because by this time the kids were starting to become upset. She said she couldn't leave the entrance to their trampoline entrance and I said their is no one at the counter and I don't see any other staff. The entire staff for the most part apparently stay in the back and out of site. I caution anyone to have their children's birthday at this location. Customer service is not a high priority there.

Older Female employee/manager was openly using loud profanity and language to include playing rap music with profanity over the speakers. Cussing while out on the floor, while checking machines and towards the other cook or manager as well. Won't be taking my children back there anytime soon.

Diamond Diamond Diamond. You did absolutely amazing. I came from VA to have my glam daughter her 4th birthday party and Diamond was amazing from start to finish. Phone calls in person communication was great. This company has to praise her give her a raise so something. Saturday June 29th was my granddaughter birthday and we celebrated and Diamond I can’t even imagine what it would have been if we didn’t have YOU as our server person planner etc. Thank God for you. Her 2 sisters her parents and stepmother cousins aunts great aunt we are thankful for you. Thanks a bunch see you soon

Our grandson turned 4 years old, and it was his birthday party we attended at Chuck E. Cheese. Great place for children to have a birthday party.
My kids love chuck E cheese, it's my baby's absolute favorite! They have plenty of game options for them for older kids & younger kids! The food is great as well. However I've noticed that it's been taking "points" when my kids didn't even play a game. They'd scan their arm band and it'd take 2 - 3 points for a game that was supposed to be 1 point! 1 of the 6 years old(girl) played 3 games (1 game said 3 points the other 2 said 1 point per game) and she had 20 points, by the time she done them 3 games apperently just them 3 games took 20 points, took all her points and we was there LESS then 5 min total, less then 3 min. We'd literally just walked in!! The other 2 6y/o (boys) & my 9 & 10 year old (none of them 4) had used even 5 points but them 3 games on hers apperently took ALL 20 points!! The workers was no help at all, they said "well you got tokens for the games" (which is great considering they could also see we've NEVER cashed in our tickets, NEVER. We aren't worried about the tickets) ?♀️ but they said that they seen "that a few" games had probably "double scanned" her band. It was ALOT more "then a few". We go all the time and each time I give each kid 20 points each and they barely use the 20 points the entire time we are there (which is always over an hour time) but in less then 3 min she had time to play 18 games? No ?♀️ and also there was A FEW games that wasn't working that took a point still but game not work (the ball game & the wack a mole game just to name a couple) and when I told the worker her reply was literally "your like the 100th person to tell me that today" ?♀️ really? So I suggested to her well why not unplug it or put a paper on it letting people know it's not working so they aren't losing points for literally nothing, but they never did. Even at other visits after, it still wasn't working and still was no sign up & was still plugged in. We've been going for a long long time and have always had nothing but good reviews & good times until recently, the last 4 - 5 times having this issue with the points & then also games that they KNOW aren't working but still leaving them plugged up & no note on them to warn people. There was also another time someone stole our bread sticks off our table & had messed with our food (guessing it was probably a kid that accidentally went to the wrong table but idk. I always cover our food so it's not just sitting there in the open by itself, uncovered) they was nice about that, they offered to refund me or remake it. I asked them to remake it and they said oh sorry our kitchen is closed already (even tho there was still an hour til closing time) but they did refund my $ for our meal at least. Really hope they get this problem with their games taking way more points then they claim they take, fixed!! Bc we've always loved this place & always had nothing but good things to say, didn't worry about it taking extra points the 1st 2 - 3 times but this last time was absolutely ridiculous! Literally less then 3 min!!
