After 15 minutes of waiting at our table we had NO SERVICE not even any water, menu, or a person of the waiting staff. Employees were standing behind the counter laughing and playing around.
My guest and my self left and went to OLIVE GARDEN, we had a wonderful mealwith a GREAT WAITRESS. I'm glad that we left Cibo other wise we would have missed out of the wonderful treatment we got at OLIVE GARDEN.
If you want to be treated horrible I recommend that you go to CIBO'S

I havent been here in about 2 years. We moved across town so we would just go to Stefanos for convenience and because they are fam, they are similar. I habe got to say tho, Cabos alfredo sauce is the absolute best I have ever have! I got wings today for the 1st time. I habe tried Stefanos twice but both times they were cooked to death! I mean they were hard to bite! Not Cibos. Cibos were big and juicy and the teriyaki sauce was perfect! And let's not forget about their little homemade chips. My son ate the whole bag (hes super picky). And their deserts. We got the oreo cheesecake. Its the best!

We visited Cibo by Stefanos today for a casual family dinner — our first time there. My wife, our toddler daughter, and I were hoping for a chill family spot, and the restaurant did have a “hole in the wall” vibe that felt casual enough.

Unfortunately, the food and service didn’t live up to expectations. I ordered a calzone, my daughter had spaghetti with Alfredo sauce, and my wife had shrimp scampi. The only positive was portion size. Everything else fell flat: my wife’s meal came out cold and bland, the shrimp was tough, and the sauce tasted canned. The bread was stale and cold, and my calzone felt more like a Hot Pocket than a freshly made dish.

Service was slow and unenthusiastic, like the staff didn’t want to be there. Considering the prices, the experience was not worth it at all.

I would not return or recommend this place — I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I go to Cibo‘s once a month and I do not know what changed, but this is the best ravioli I’ve ever had and the bread and oil was amazing as well

We called and placed an order to go using a menu we had at home. The total price was so high so we checked it against the current online menu prices. The prices had gone up on some items 3 times! The cashier at the restaurant tells us the menu has been re-printed 3 times in 6 months because of the price increases. The chicken tortellini is now over $16 and you get no salad or side with your entree. This is outrageous and we can a better price elsewhere. Which is what we will be doing from now on. Between the bad comments about the staff and the high prices Cibos needs to re-think sone things if they want to keep their doors open
