We called and placed an order to go using a menu we had at home. The total price was so high so we checked it against the current online menu prices. The prices had gone up on some items 3 times! The cashier at the restaurant tells us the menu has been re-printed 3 times in 6 months because of the price increases. The chicken tortellini is now over $16 and you get no salad or side with your entree. This is outrageous and we can a better price elsewhere. Which is what we will be doing from now on. Between the bad comments about the staff and the high prices Cibos needs to re-think sone things if they want to keep their doors open

First time trying cibo and I must say that they did not disappoint. The calzone is something that my mother would have approved of. And I’ll say she was extremely picky when it came to her calzones.
Would HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

Great food! Me and my boyfriend love Italian food and tend to choose Cibo over any of the other options in Florence!

We dine here before and to go not today. Just wanted to give a compliment to the hospitality shown today from one young lady. Thank you for the free beverage ☕️.

Absolutely livid!! I go from Quimby to Cibo because I just KNEW I was going to be satisfied with my food. I was overly confident and came straight home. You charge me $18. For THIS!! Mind you this is my 15TH time having chicken parm. I KNOW what it should look like. The cheapest portion of the meal and you give me this much spaghetti???? I even thought well maybe it’s under the chicken. NOPE!!! The audacity of this place to charge me a premium!! A plate should have enough pasta to pair with BOTH PIECES OF CHICKEN. I WILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME AGAIN. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD AS NOW EVEN CIBOS is providing a subpar plate!!!! And they say oh come back for more pasta!! I LIVE IN QUIMBY!! Get it right the first time!!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I ordered 2 slices of pizza. Since this was what I believed to be an authentic Italian restaurant, I had high expectations. As I entered the building, I was looking for pizza in the service window but nothing. I ordered anyway since the cashier told me they would make it to order. I envisioned a delicious melty gooey cheese slice like I used to get from the Italian restaurants back home in NY. I was disappointed. It was more like a piece of dry cheese toast left in the oven too long. 😐 This is the only Italian restaurant in town. I hope they get it right in the future. Service was good though.

This is a great little restaurant that is owned by Stefanos. This restaurant has a smaller menu than Stefanos but still has the quality and goodness you always get from Stefanos.
