I have been going to Cabo’s since it opened and much longer to its sister restaurant Stefanos. I was very disappointed in my sausage sub!!! I had asked for cheese melted on top and when it came out without it the girl said she would have them melt some on and it would be 2 min. 20 min later we inquired at the counter about my sandwich to which she said “you didn’t get it yet?” 5 min later she came out with my sandwich explaining it had just been pulled from oven and to be careful it was hot. Not!!! The cheese on top had already cooked . It was obvious they had melted it and then let it sit and then reheated again. The edges of the sandwich were a little hot but everything inside was lukewarm. I have not been at Cibo’s for about 2 years, it is not the same. On a side note - they didn’t even apologize for taking so long.
My recommendation is if you want a good hot sub take 10 min drive across town to Irby street and get one, same amt of money bigger sandwich and Stefanos original restaurant is top notch 5 stars

I'm only speaking of what I picked up tonight. I've gotten entrées before, and it was excellent, but I got shrimp scampi that had a metallic taste to it. Couldn't eat it.

Stop in for lunch after traveling from VA. We had the small pizza ( not enough sauce) a little dry. But the calamari was very good.

Large supremo had too much crust, not enough toppings or sauce. Salad was only 2 bites. Menu prices are not accurate. It costs way more online. I use to really like this place. Major disappointment today.

If it were possible to give more stars, I would. What a wonderful restaurant. The food is outstanding with such a great assortment of dining options available. But it is the staff that really make it special. Everyone was so warm and inviting. They knew the menu and made excellent recommendations. I live 600 miles away from here but this will be worth the stop anytime I am on 95 going through Florence. Thank you so much for an exceptional experience.

My wife and her friend had calzones and i had the small stangboly, the dough ( bread) was excellent and all the meats were cut to order and fresh . They called it small but you cloud feed 4 ppl with the small strangboly . Lol . Great service.

My pizza was just ok. Very thick and bready crust. It was decent, just not excellent. Probably won't come back. It's kind of out of the way for me, and I don't compelled to travel.

The staff and cooks are absolutely fantastic!! I have had the calzone, meatballs, and red velvet cake just to name a few and they were all delicious!! Trust me you will go again and again it’s sooo addictive!
