I come to this facility often and Dee the server is never pleasant to deal with. Today I walked to the counter in hopes of ordering a Cinnabon but was stopped in my tracks by Dee stating that she was not open. Nothing was prepared/ready. I spoke with a manager on duty (young Blk female) who stated that she doesn’t have any thing ready until about 8am. But also stated that Dee got there at 5am. The time that I arrived was between 7:20 & 7:26 am. This is unacceptable as the website clearly stated that they were opened. This is not the 1st rude encounter that I have had with this server and something needs to be done about it. It doesn’t cost a thing to smile and properly greet customers regardless of anything was prepared & ready to serve or not.

The cashier name Cheryl at this pilot gas station in the cinnabon showed such kindness to me and my boyfriend when we came in this morning I even told her I would pray for her and wish to well cuz she had the best customer service I've ever come across in the 17 States I visited thank you Cheryl

The Cinnabon cashier was not helpful, she walked away toward the door as I walked up to the counter, came back answered one question walked away to get a drink... When she came back I asked a couple of general questions.... She gives you the impression she doesn't want to be there...
