Had myself ready for ice cream to be let down. At 9:40pm two employees were sitting outside the door stating they were close and only letting customers out. I guess Coldstone don’t honor closing times.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. But the ice cream, in our opinion (my son and grandchildren), is just too much. The flavors are good, but the add-ins are overly done. I think mine was the only one that was perfect. It was the apple pie. You will do better to just get the flavor you like with 1 or 2 add-ins.

The workers there at cold stone creamery in Florence sc ...... Some need to be let go ASAP! Leave place very nasty and some of the workers fix customers ice cream with a very bad attitude and slam the ice cream on the counter is very disrespectful!
