The staff was very helpful and friendly. But the ice cream, in our opinion (my son and grandchildren), is just too much. The flavors are good, but the add-ins are overly done. I think mine was the only one that was perfect. It was the apple pie. You will do better to just get the flavor you like with 1 or 2 add-ins.

It was a little loud the last time that I was in. I had only been there during the day previously to pick up a birthday cake, but it was super busy at night.The ice cream is very good, but you can plan on await every single time that you go in in the evening. The staff is nice, but nothing happens quickly.

Absolutely enthralling ice cream. I wish they did traditional banana splits with multiple flavors, but they have their own custom mixes that are well thought out. I adore the strawberry blonde, which has graham crackers among the ingredients, something I never would have considered myself. It's pricey, but worthwhile.
