I go to cook out at night about 11:30 there’s about 3 cars in front of me and 2 behind which is a busy I understand . But I order 2 bacon ranch wraps and 2 chicken ranch wraps . I get my food and they’re just tossed in the bag ,cold, and napkins thrown on top . When we checked the bag we noticed it’s not wrapped in the foil like it usually is and we didn’t really want to eat it if they didn’t have gloves in especially if it isn’t wrapped . So we go back through the drive thru and pull up and ask and the cashier acted like she didn’t know but she opened the bag and threw napkins on it . ? so she takes the bag shows what looks like to be the cook then she comes back hands us the bag back and is like we’re out of foil . Okay then why not wrap it in a burger wrap or something ? I don’t understand and that was COLD cold . Like I said I know they’re very busy I get it but this is a different type of lazy and kinda disappointing.

You may know Cookout but you don’t know S. irby cookout. Florence boasts many franchise locations that go off script and make their own local interpretation when it comes to preparation of the food, hygiene practices, and customer service but this cookout really takes the cake. We have given it many chances and this past visit sealed the deal. We waited in line for 20 minutes to receive 4 partially mixed milkshakes from a poor lady that was clearly the only person in that area. Her demeanor was one of panic and that is not of her own doing! Avoid this spot unless it’s the only thing open. Cookout: find a hero to right this ship!

Last 3 times I've been here they were out of food items etc.First time they were out of relish for hot dogs(didn't tell me, checked my food and saw it missing along with my white Cheddar bits)2nd time(1wk later) my husband brings me dinner... out of relish again, out of the cups for the teas, and no bacon for his cheese burger3rd time(approx 1 wk) stop to order lunch... out of quesadillas, white Cheddar bits and something else(I didn't listen after half my order wouldn't be there.)

Even though our order was messed up, I’m giving them a 5 stars because they fixed my food pretty fast but mostly because Briana the employee at the front had the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time!Shout out to Briana! I hope your managers appreciate you as much as we do ?✌️
