We go there a lot. Always great food. Just the girl taking our order was so high that her eyes were almost shut. We had to repeat our order five times to her she was so lost

Food was gross I got a double cheddar burger they gave me the wrong Burger the patties were small the burger itself was hard to eat because it was so slimy and nasty it fell apart I ended up just eating the patties the quesadilla was salty as hell I ended up spitting it out and throwing it away soda was flat pretty bad experience.The staff was nice and the bathroom was clean

Why do you have two lanes if you’re only going to use one? And then proceed to close one lane WITHOUT a cone or ANY indication that it’s closed. Very ridiculous. Cookout manager give me an email so we can fix your business model. I know corporate would not be happy

The food was okay. The chicken nuggets and strips were a bit hard. The menu board was out. Service was friendly. The reason for the 2 stars is due to the 40 plus minutes wait for milkshakes. People who ordered their milkshakes after we ordered ours got theirs first. The milkshakes were not even right the first time!
