Disappointed, this is not how Cookouts are run or managed in NC. No Koala care or baby changing stations in either restroom, only 2 highchairs for entire restaurant, and they wouldn't put condiments on our burgers. Said we had to do it ourselves, then we had to ask for mayo to add ourselves. I've NEVER been to a Cookout where this has happened, since you can order your burgers certain ways with certain toppings added in the kitchen. Also never could get a drink refill, waited 5 mins with no one at counter willing to do it. Poor service! Don't recommend this one, find another one that's better managed and has basic amenities for families with kids.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, no changing stations in bathroom and only 2 high chairs for entire restaurant.

Just found out about Cook Out on a trip to SC and it was fantastic! Ate there everyday for the rest of my trip. Great food, and pleasant, friendly staff.

Well it wasn't as good as I had remembered eating at the other Florence location the chili sucks and the bacon isn't the small pieces I remember getting the first time I ordered from this restaurant I got the double bacon cheeseburger with chili. I was so disappointed and the fries yuck soggy as hell when it's closed up in the Togo box I have to open the lid when I get fries to go..

Black guy at side of building drive thru window short dark skin. Has a attitudeNot the first time encounter him with the not friendly attitude. Gave me wrong order and left out 2 of the trays I ordered. I parked. Went inside restaurant. Informed black light skin girl with long braids. Showed her my receipt. She informed the white man at the counter that I had his order. The black guy that was at the drive thru window is now doing something else. The girl at the register told him of the wrong order. He could have cared less about the order or fixing the problem. They fixed the whiteMan tray within 10 minutes. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting on the food trays that wasn't given to.me at the drive thru window. The black guy came with two tray threw them up in front of me and asked are these what you are waiting on. I said yes. He went in the back. Went to the drive thru window and threw them in the trash can. Said they are getting it ready for you. I thought at that moment ok. He showed some care. I wait and watched as they served other customers and drive thru. I asked to speak to the manager. The girl at the register said she is busy. She turned to go tell the manager then she came back to the register and said she not going to come because she busy. Refused to go even tell the manager I asked to speak to her. She asked the guy how much longer on the food. He said I don't know the kitchen is backed up. The way they were acting made me think that they were making me wait on purpose. I asked her are yall making me wait on purpose. She said no. I stood there until I had no more patience to wait for a hot dog and a cheeseburger tray. 30 minutes I am a register nurse and what I do have is patience. They need training on customer service and how to handle themselves when the restaurant gets busy42.48 spent

I've been coming to cook out everytime I've been in town I loved it great service food on point.... until today! I got an oreo milk shake first time I've ever gotten the ice cream ? but I am disappointed found my cup broken and pieces of Styrofoam in the drink as I chewed on

Me and my husband went there and I ordered cheese curds and they want to charge you 4 dollars almost for an order and they give you literally 6 to 8 and they are so small and hard as a rock they cooked them way to long I couldn't even eat them i had to throw them away so just check you order before leaving!

First timers at a Cook Out. We were on a long road trip and aren't the biggest fans of fast food but we had to try it. We were pleasantly surprised! Our favorite part about the whole experience was the cashier, Kristina. She was super friendly and patient with us. If I could give more than 5 stars for Kristina's service, I would.

Disappointed with the BBQ. I make a lot better at home! I've even had better out of a can. I guess the disappointment was only ratcheted up by all the dozens of billboards on the interstate. I think a little less on marketing and more on product development would do wonders for you. I did like the hand washing station in the dining room area!
