We went to the Cracker Barrel in Florence, South Carolina and it was the worst experience ever. Long wait for the food and when it came the food was cold. I also ordered the special for Wednesday which was chicken broccoli with cheese sauce covered with crumbs. I got a poor excuse of that dish. There was a small piece of chicken covered with cheese gravy sauce and not one piece of broccoli and no crumbs. I would never return to that restaurant again.
The Florence, SC, Cracker Barrel is always my go to restaurant when my wife and I go out. The staff is always friendly, courteous and attentive. The food never disappoints, always hot and delicious as well as reasonably priced. The new items on the menu look awesome!! Keep up the good work, Cracker Barrel!!
Tried the chicken campfire dish. The corn was hard, chicken was black under the bottom and after several calls to the restaurant, I finally reached an associate to express my disgust. This was the first meal that I did not enjoy.
