I had heard so many good things about this restaurant and so I wanted to try it. I was so disappointed. We ordered the First Mate's platter with cole slaw and grilled Brussel sprouts and the Grilled Salmon with broccoli. The only decent item on the platter was the flounder. The catfish and Brussel sprouts were undercooked and the shrimp was bland. The Salmon was overcooked, the rice was half-cooked. The broccoli was the only thing worth eating.

Wanted to try this place when walking to door someone sitting on porch was rolling a joint, had to wait 10 minutes before being noticed, waitress took forever to take our order then appetizer came out with food I ordered onion rings not realizing they where beer battered when I said something about it was told they came out of bag like that food was not very good service sucked and atmosphere was very loud most of the females in there where almost naked should have gone to McDonald's.

The food is amazing. The bartenders are great. They are fast with their service. The outside deck is very relaxing and peaceful to sit out and enjoy your lunch or dinner. I would highly recommend this place if you want to get a good meal a cold beer, great music, and a peaceful atmosphere.
