obviously the place is amazing my mom spends $50+ a week here. this is only my second time going to the florence location and i have no complaints. the cookies were actually good and not under cooked like other places. my ONLY issue would be the customer service. staff isn’t friendly at all..
My first visit was not much to talk about. I had asked for assistance in placing my order. The lady was short and acted like I was bothering her. I completed my order, payed, and walked outside. When I opened the box to give my friends their cookies I realized the large Twix cookie looked different. At a closer look. The cookie was frozen. The two peanut butter cookies were very dry. But the red velvet and pumpkin were delightful.
The service is always good. The presentation of the cookies are exactly as advertised. I don't like the taste of all flavors or types of the cookies, cakes & pies but the ones I do like are very good. I like our Crumbl!
