What can you say? After all it IS Dairy Queen, but....
We were traveling and need a restroom break and decided on DQ. Welp, there were no doors inside marked men's of womens. The one door that looked like it might be a bathroom had a handwritten sign stating out of order. We asked at the counter, and after some hesitation, we were told to use the other door. WHAT. The door without any markings whatsoever? My wife went in first, then myself. I've never been to Bizzaro World and I'll be sure to miss this DQ the rest of the times we travel to and from Myrtle Beach. Oh, the ice cream was OK.

When I was ordering food a female Manager hygiene was so bad I had to stop talking through every sentence by how bothered I was that is very unprofessional and when i received my food my fries and toast were soggy and chicken tender were hot so i ask to get a redo on fries and when i did she sighed with a attitude and not only that they did not give me new fries they just dump the back in the grease.

We went into this dairy queen to order ice cream during a road trip. We went to the restrooms first to relieve ourselves and to wash our hands before eating. The bathrooms were blocked by 2 tables and several chairs. When one of our children went around it as it was an emergency for her, the employee screamed at her that the bathroom was for employees only. We replied that restaurants are required to provide bathrooms. Her response was "we do have bathrooms but they are for employees only." We then let the other children go and another customer dud as well. The manager came out and accused us our yelling at her employee and advised that she would call the police if we didn't leave. We advised that we would be leaving when our child came out of the bathroom. As we were leaving she started clapping and yelling about us not purchasing anything. My point of complaint is that the restaurant did not provide public restroom access for customers even though they were in working order.

We have only ever gotta ice cream from here so my review is based only on that. The ice cream has always been good, the service is shakes. Dependong on who we get they either get our order wrong or they are rude. It's not all the time, but enough to be noticeable. I've had some girl grab out card violently after she yelled at me for saying no whip cream on my moolate because it apparently doesn't come with it anyway. So we love the food but hate the customer service and we aren't picky or rude people either so it just makes things super uncomfortable.
