the management doesn't respect their customers. I was there Thursday night and everything was great but then they clean off the table I was sitting on and throw all my food in the trash. Instead of Management coming to talk to me they sent someone else to talk to me. They only wanted to give me 20 percent off my next order... all I ask was for them to replace my food and someone from management come and talk to me but the gave me the run around. with that service I will not be going back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to.

Very inviting. The customer service Tim displayed. He displayed kindness and he was very knowledgeable about the products they served. We ordered a seafood boil and grouper bite with shrimp.

Very overpriced for not being able to cook the food properly. It tastes pretty good but I ordered a medium steak and got blue to raw. Crab was very overdone. Service was not good.

Best steak and potatoes I've had so far in Florence. The server was friendly and attentive. The outside looks a little uninviting and discouraged me from stopping on many occasions. Stop in and try it out.

Lyndsei was one of the bartenders last night and I know people have bad days but she was being so rude to a few of the customers as if they bothered her with something it actually threw me off. One guy ordered two shots and same for the girl. She’s yelling at them and giving them nasty looks as if they didn’t understand what she was saying.
The food was good but the service was lacking. We had Cheyenne as our waitress and through the course of the meal, we weren’t checked upon for refills and part of our order was wrong. Attempting to get her attention was difficult even though we were her only table. The way the service was handled was disappointing as we’ve been here before and had no problems! Another thing we noticed was that it seemed like random people from the bar kept walking back into the kitchen. Overall, it was a subpar experience in terms of how service was ran.

Tried to call to place a large order for 10 people and give them time to prepare. The person answering the phone kept hanging up. Ended up going in to order. The bartender seemed disinterested in taking our order, that is until she the generous tip. The food was awesome!!! Great crab legs and season to perfection.
