We really the pizza we got, we got pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, banana peppers, breadsticks, lava cake, brownies, dominoes have the best stuff.thank you. The service was great and the delivery was great.

So i had ordered food for my family for lunch on a beautiful Sunday after church they messed up our order and i had to return with the pizza they messed up they girl on the phone tells me it’ll be ready in 10-15 mins i show up and nothing has been done i said “well why did you tell me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes “ she says “i dont know but you can talk to my manager” so then i have to wait for the new pizza to be made the manager doesn’t bother to speak to me nor any apology for my order being wrong just hands me the new pizza and says “here” a lot of class just a shame it’s all low…we will maybe try a new location but not before i get ahold of someone at corporate

Ordered food at 929 pm. Email from store said it'd be 25-35 minutes. Called at 10:05 since it said order was complete. emplouee says it be 10 minutes. It's now 1044 pm and on hold again. No pizza. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but avoid this store. Gave it one star because there is no zero stars

So, I came to this location on pamplico hwy and received the WORST service I have ever received! I ordered online and as I walked in to wait for my food, my daughter stepped up to watch the workers make the pizza! She was SO excited!! Anywho I didn't get his name but it's the tall heavy set american male that was making the pizzas. He looked at my daughter watching him and rolled his eyes. ROLLED HIS EYES at a little girl. I was behind my daughter so I saw it with my own eyes. My daughter innocently was complimenting his work. He then SLAMMED the blue bins that the dough is in so loud everyone in the store jumped. He was physically showing how upset he was. Now I'm not saying it was targeted at my daughter, he could have been mad prior. But either way acting that way is unnecessary and unacceptable. Customer service is big to me and all of my friends. Doesn't matter how much we like a place we will NOT go to a place that has employees that behave this way. He then asks one of the employees WHATS HER ORDER??! with an attitude. He then yells from across the store "what's your name!?" I said my name and he bagn looking for my order obviously to get me out the store. I order from here very often, and sadly this will be my last time. I pray for him I truly do.

I placed my order and gave my name Wash the clerk he type two letters on the ready board. Set my order to be ready in 15 minutes as I sit down I watch the name roll around on the board and just happened to notice. My name wasn't there, but the initials NM was constantly rolling around saying ready I asked the clerk about my order and he said my name was nowhere near it and that's when it dawned on me NM was the two letters he gave me for Negro male I was the only person of color in the store
I love the customer service that Brad presents at his restaurant on Pamplico Highway with his employees, he even gave my daughter a little piece of dough because she was so infatuated with watching them make the pizza one time; but I also saw him on 5-26-23. And my pizza was made wrong… it was something very simple with sauce and he corrected it and his employee’s and they were very nice about It… even gave me the mess up and apologized personally; you don’t see that everywhere so I definitely give kudos to this establishment and with Brad especially!!!! Thank you for your kindness, and making my daughter feel special, being able to watch the counter, where the pizzas are made.

Don’t order from here. They suck and don’t care to make it correct. Ordered pizza took over an hour in “Quality Check” only for the pizza to arrive incorrect and not what we ordered. Can’t get anyone on the phone.

The staff was soo amazing!!! I was having trouble communicating how I wanted my order... as it was kind of complicated. I thought perhaps I wouldn't be able to enjoy take out on my Saturday night with my family and our special diet.... GUESS WHAT.... WE DID!!! They got it right ✅ and was able to assist me in making the best decision. I couldn't believe it. Thank You sooo very much! The staff names were Megan, Chris, and John. This was by far the best customer service I have encountered in a very long time! We need more like you... very professional ?? Happy customer here; may you all be blessed with raises and may you all train others in what customer service is!

This is an update to a previous review. I prefer this Dominos to the other chain pizza places in the area. The food always tastes great and is on time 90% of the time for carryout. I deduct one star because delivery service is slow and unreliable. So if you're willing to order from the app and pick it up, you're going to get fairly inexpensive pizza fast. The tracker is actually accurate as well. Good job Dominos for getting better.Parking: Lots of parking and a good drive through.I want to reiterate that delivery is still terrible.
