On December 10th, me and my sister went to this dunkin' location to get two lattes. they were made quickly, but my sister’s order was made incorrectly. when the problem was addressed, the man serving us, a young black man, told the woman who was making the drinks that it was wrong. she began yelling and dropping the f-word and other vulgar language not to him, but at him. he was very very kind and a seemingly good worker. after waiting another 10 minutes for the order to be fixed, she refused to make it, so he then had to drop what he was doing to make it. he handled the situation very professionally and kindly and apologized many times for the inconvenience. the woman in question was a white woman with blonde hair. the only reason this review is not a one star is because i don't want this one worker to ruin the reputation of a location that has many people working a shift together to get what needs to be done, done.

If I could give a minus zero I would. I visited this Dunkin for the first time.(Pamplico highway) It will be my last time. When I entered the door everyone had their back turned doing something else. Since they didn't turn around I guess they thought I was invisible. I stood there for 10 minutes. No one ever said anything,so I left. This is what I call poor customer service. A boy came from the back with a bucket to fill the icebox and he didn't say anything.Apparently management doesn't care.

This location his horrible. Service is very slow!! Drive through is very slow. I had a mobile order, it still took almost 30 minutes. I got trapped in the drive through so I could not leave. I tried three times with this location and Service was horrible each time. The syore has so much potential. Very disappointing.

Unable to get anything literally stood there at the counter while countless employees ignored me. To not even be greeted is completely absurd. I have never walked into an establishment where I was completely ignored…I don’t know where their customer skills were obtained but this is completely bad for business. Never trying another Dunkin’ Donuts in my life!!!
