The girl she served me there. She’s very rude, nasty disrespectful person. I don’t know how owner of business keeping people like this kind to be working with them even I ask for a triple espresso and you charge me for only one shot and she remake it again really disgusting.

Stopped at 12:30 pm on 12/29/25. Tried to order at drive thru and she was so rude, sharp toned, and condescending we decided to go in instead. Inside 3 women walking slowly. One guy racing around working hard. Very unfriendly. Got distinct impression they didn’t want to be working. Didn’t have Bavarian cream or 2 other flavors we asked for. Just substituted donut without asking. Will never stop there again.

We were traveling and stopped to get our well loved drinks thru the drive thru. Service was very short and constantly asking is that it? Then when we did get to the window we were met with more attitude. The drinks we received weren’t even filled to a regular height in the cups. Not sure if the worker was just having a bad day but this wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

Love this dunkin, they make the drinks right. And they don't skimp you on the ingredients on special cold foams. They know what your talking about when you order a charlie cold foam cold brew, which by the way is now just a Carmel one. Not sure what Charlie did to lose her drink but it's still good. The employees are polite and nice even when its crazy busy and people are being jerks to them.

I counted 5 employees behind the counter and not one of them said a word to me. I place my own order at the self check out, they made my coffee and set it on the counter. Not 1 word!!!!
