Great hotel with an old charm feel. From beginning to end, we had nothing but quality service. The hotel, the restaurant, the service, the cleanliness, the rooms, and location is outstanding! Short walks to specialty shops and other dining options. I highly recommend!

Great hotel and location. Second time staying there and staff is always nice and friendly. It’s located downtown so it’s walking distance around shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay a third time!

Comfortable, friendly and quaint hotel! The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was really dark. Shower had good pressure. Loved the exposed brick and the wood floors that were not level due to it being a renovated old hardware store.

I just had another great travel experience at The Hotel Florence. I travel frequently with business and stay there quiet often. My stays are always seamless and relaxing.. The property is alway clean and comfortable and located in a great location for walking to several restaurants, bars and local attractions. I would have to say that one of the best assets of the Hotel Florence is the staff. They are friendly, hard working, and do everything they can to make sure you have a great travel experience when you are staying at their property. 5 stars ✨!

Love this hotel!!! Stay here every week and have been for the last 7 years. Couldn’t ask for a nicer, clean hotel. The staff at the hotel r extremely friendly and very helpful and make you feel welcome.

Came into Leaf for the first time and enjoyed the atmosphere and the good cigars

Customer service lacks. Hotel management should seriously do something about noise reduction in their hotel rooms. We had a horrible experience and our hotel room felt like being in a club due to a wedding party going on next door in the connecting property. After complaining there was no hotel manger on duty on a Saturday evening and no resolution was found.

We stopped for the night at our favorite Hotel in Florence. We have thoroughly enjoyed staying here multiple years. Always have enjoyed this unique conversion of a railroad warehouse into a wonderful quirky hotel. The only reason for the 4 instead of the 5 is the maintenance was not at the level it has been. Light bulbs Were out and slow sink drain. Just a little attention to detail will bring it back up. We will gladly return and hope to see corrections have happened. Friendly staff.

From the staff at the front desk to the managers they make you feel welcome. Clean rooms and comfy beds and pillows. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be staying here again. The restaurant was awesome with great food. Highly recommend

Disappointed. The room I was giving looks nothing like the photos online. The bathroom looks like it was slapped together with what could be found at home depo and doesn’t match the old meets new vibe this hotel is going for. There is mold growing on the ac unit and on the wall behind the ac unit, which is the bathroom. The shower was covered in mold as well and there was nats flying around the room. Can’t believe this is where I spent my money. Come on Hilton.

Christina checked us in early, and she was extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful and had great suggestions for dining. All of the front desk people were the same excellence. There was a screw up on the HH reservations on the app, and it charged us double, and Ty, the manager, straightened that out quickly. Why the two stars? A safety issue. The floor of the shower was as slick as oil, no texture, no safety mat, and I had a nasty fall. I did not report it while there because I was hurting and just wanted to get going . This is a real safety issue . For clarification , we only used the toiletry products provided in the shower, and I suspect that contributed. So, if you must stay here, do so at your own risk, bring your own safety mat and grip handle or pit a towel on the shower floor.

This is a beautiful hotel!! But that’s all jt has going for it ! The staff that we had experience with was not helpful at all. We arrived and whoever the guy checking us in was I’m pretty sure high as a kite. We went to our room that looked gorgeous until you turned the lights on, then it looked like it had not been dusted in months! Then I went to wash my face and bread and food started coming up out of the sink! I’m scared to know how it got down there … so I told the lady at the front desk about it and her response was “well what do you want me to do about it”, so I asked if the room could be cleaned . Well when we returned from our day out, the room had not been touched . We also asked for clean towels and we were told there were no clean towels in the hotel. As I said this could be a great place , but you need staff that will take initiative and make it into the beautiful clean place is should me. I am a Hilton Honors guest and normally try to stay at a Hilton property, this was by far the worst experience I have had, along with multiple other wedding guest that were staying there.
