Food looks great, delicious but is very bland! The lady taking our order was sweet but she spoke to low. My husband is deaf in his left ear so he was getting annoyed due to not being able to hear her talk. We waited about 15 mins to get our food which was a meatball sib combo and a small club on sub for our daughter. When we got our food the bread was burnt on the end and loaded down way to much with marinara sauce! The place is clean no one was rude or anything. This was my first time here. I'm not saying I won't go back there's always room for 2nd chances. All in all I enjoyed it but it wasn't my favorite!
I was scheduled for an interview at this location. But was rejected by the person working there saying the hiring manager is not available each of the three agreed times to return.

The employees here are a bunch of badly raised and not well trained young adults. They're always talking smack behind the counter (to each other) and rarely interact with customers even when you're placing your order- may as well be a bot taking the order with the lack of personality. I mostly place my order on the app and it's never ready on time. I don't mind waiting for good service but they never put things I paid for in the bag (chips, cookies, etc) so I'm always having to go grab them myself & then explain why I'm getting them to employees. Decent food- I mean it's Firehouse so if you know the brand it's the same as any other.

Ordered a online order at 8:23pm and they close at9:00pm. The order processed and said it would be ready the next morning. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager and she said that's the way the online order system works, then i responded can you change it. The answer was no. No refund until the next day and I could not call in an order because it was 8:31 pm. They stop taking phone orders at 8:30 pm. I was told to call back in the morning. So I did. Spoke with another manager and she could not cancel the order but if I gave her my card number over the phone she would do a refund. So she did the refund and then said I would receive the refund 5-7 days. Crazy. Will not have to worry about me ordering or going back to this restaurant
Ordered 1 sandwich and a bag of chips and it was $15, which is absolutely ridiculous to begin with, but I paid it because I typically enjoy firehouse subs very much. This was my first and last time going to this location. I waited an hour for my sandwich, only for them to realize they had made, set it to the side, and forgot about it. When they realized it they gave it to me, it was cold, soggy, not toasted, and barely had 2 pieces of meat on it. If you are going to charge that much get your customer service straightened out and actually give the customers what they are paying insane prices for. Should've gone to subway.

If you’re looking for a place to eat some subs and get quick service, then firehouse is the place for you. The food is fine for what it is and the service was good. They’re quick in this place and attentive to your needs. It’s also a good place to grab food during your lunch break. The place itself is also clean and organized.
