Ate at this location last night. Bread was soggy on both subs ordered. I ate the steak and cheese my husband had the Hero. I should have known better my sub didn't taste like the first steak and cheese I had. It sat like a rock in my stomach and around 2am started puking and having diarrhea. At least the puking stopped about 7 but still stick to my stomach 12hrs later, be careful eating here

I have never ever had a decent encounter here. I usually always get the same sub. One time I ordered it via phone and took it home, the sub was completely cold not even the cheese was melted it was just slapped together. I usually get told they don't have any spicy mustard packets and they dont even look for the. My order is usually messed up in some way. Besides the fact that the food from here is overall awful, the staff are not great either. No one greets you, they stand there and talk while you wait to order or they just stare at you until you speak up. I love firehouse, but I would never go to this location again, it is not worth it.

This is the third time that my husband and I have ordered off the app for this location. And everytime my order has been wrong. It’s not as simple as going back up there when we live nearly 20 minutes away from this establishment. I paid $28 for our two subs and mine is just drowned chicken without the bacon and thrown on bread. We love eating firehouse subs, however this location is lacking in all areas.
