Always friendly !

One of the dumbest policies this store has is that you can't customize your sandwich with the free add ones if you have a BOGO deal. This is frustrating since you can customize with any of the freebies any other time.

Unfortunately, this will not be a pleasant review.

1 - Unable to call in an order. You get a machine that barely speaks English and doesn't understand what you say. After going round and round with the machine trying to order a large sub and the machine not understanding me, I decided it'd be better if I just went to the store to order. Big huge downer. Had to drive and wait for it to be prepared since calling in orders to pay with cash are no longer accepted.

2- No greeting was offered when I entered the store or approached the cash register. When the cashier was done with the customer in front of me, she just stared at me blankly. She did not ask me "what's your order?" "what do you want?" "How can I assist you?" She did not say "hello how are you doing?" I guess I'm supposed to read her mind as to when she is ready to take my order..

3 - No smiles, have a good day, come back and visit. Nothing.

So, as much as I enjoy a firehouse sub and supporting firemen, I guess I will have to find another place who wants my cash. Firehouse subs does not seem to be very customer friendly anymore. At least not at this location. Bummer

If I could get this place a zero I would or a no star, utterly disgusting and nasty. The food not cooked all the way some of the food is hot. Some of the food is cold the fountain drink out of syrup drink water down. I put too much mayonnaise on my sandwich. ?. Yes was just very very terrible nasty and disgusting.?. So much mayonnaise why why so much mayonnaise???? Just disgusting and nasty ?

Excellent customer service and food. They were quick to make our food. Had to ask for extra pickles twice, but it's not a big deal.

$17.00+ for this? I ordered online and had it delivered. Smoked Turkey Sub and a bowl of soup. For some reason I feel like I got ripped off. The bread was hard, and lettuce wilted. The bowl, or spoonful of soup cold. Do better Firehouse Subs! Inexcusable!
