Slowest sub place in town. Waited over 30 minutes for two subs at 2 o clock on a Sunday. I have no idea how it can take 30 minutes to make a sub. There was not a line. 4 people working. If I didn’t pay ahead I would have definitely left.

Go to the location by Kohls. Gave this location multiple chances. Order is never right. Asked for extra pickles and it shows on receipt but didn't get one. I order salads with no cheese because I'm lactose intolerant and the smothered the salad with cheese. Called to speak with the manager. Their excuse was they were so busy and trying to get the sandwiches out within the time limit they just forgot. They said comeback tomorrow and I can get a box of pickles.

Trying to find out if this is the Firehouse Subs that will forgive my sins or is it the other location in Lamar?

Ate at this location last night. Bread was soggy on both subs ordered. I ate the steak and cheese my husband had the Hero. I should have known better my sub didn't taste like the first steak and cheese I had. It sat like a rock in my stomach and around 2am started puking and having diarrhea. At least the puking stopped about 7 but still stick to my stomach 12hrs later, be careful eating here

I have never ever had a decent encounter here. I usually always get the same sub. One time I ordered it via phone and took it home, the sub was completely cold not even the cheese was melted it was just slapped together. I usually get told they don't have any spicy mustard packets and they dont even look for the. My order is usually messed up in some way. Besides the fact that the food from here is overall awful, the staff are not great either. No one greets you, they stand there and talk while you wait to order or they just stare at you until you speak up. I love firehouse, but I would never go to this location again, it is not worth it.
