Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I've never had anything from here but the concretes and theyres so good we keep coming back

Freddy's reminds me of an old fashioned diner. Or Johnny rockets. Hands down the Freddy's frozen custard and shakes are a good way to cool off.

We stopped for ice cream. The sundaes were good but a little expensive.

Real sad you can not go to Freddys Frozen Custard to get a chili dog. They are out of buns.

Absolutely delicious place I would highly recommend the brisket burger which has mushrooms and swiss on it the upcharge for the cheddar bites is highly worth it as well anytime that I'm in that part of Florence I make sure to swing by and grab myself a burger not to mention that their old-time style milkshakes and concrete can take you back to when you were a kid

Fast food done right and the shakes are to die for. Highly recommended for a quick bite.

We just paid $25 for two burgers, a fry and an order of onion rings .. it was all cold and greasy tasting. Salty doesn't begin to describe the aftertaste. The buns were smashed and tasted stale. The meat was cooked out of flavor. Again everything was dead cold. Disappointing.

Our first and last time to eat here. The burger was over salted and inedible.

Came in for a quick bite to eat and we couldn’t even get anybody to the counter to take our order . To busy in the back playing and being loud !! They saw us when we walked in and don’t even acknowledge us , stood there for abt 5 mins still no help no service ! 1st time I’ve ever been disappointed here !!! Do better night shift !! Very disappointed

Staff refused to change a order to save me 2$ when I pulled to the window & asked. I was told it was ok if they lose a customer or if I pull away from the window & leave because this saves time.. no one waiting behind me.. Asked for a manager, she gets another employee, finally the manager comes to the window to say he also agreed with the staff once I explained a 3rd time... I asked for corporates number.. then he said we're very short staffed, she doesn't know the prices & hasn't been through the training.. I said I'm the customer how is this my fault? Poor service from all 3 employees, he should have led with that & changed my order. I finally said keep my order the way it is & I will pay the 2$ more but will not likely come back, he very rudely refused to allow me to pay for my food & I never asked anyone to get it free at all. Very disappointed as I enjoy the food & custard.. The attitude was condescending, rude & nonchalant to say the least.. I didn't eat or drink it as we all know people do strange things in cases like this. All of it could have been avoided. I was not rude or pushy simply asking for the better deal. No signs posted saying it was their policy.. no number posted to reach out if you have a issue, concern or complaint. Just a awful experience period.

Today was the very first time I ate at Freddy’s.. I look at every menu every where I go and I’m always looking for a grilled chicken sandwich and not many places have them. I found one today that beats any other one I ever ate!! Freddy’s you guys did that. That chicken sandwich was on point I ate every crumb. I promise you I will be back this week and I’m gonna tell everyone about you guys. Also the staff was so polite and helpful and they greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and made us feel at home. Thank you staff at the Florence sc location you guys are above amazing!!!!
