The exterior looked clean in at night, but we used drive thru. The cashier was polite. Our food was hot but extremely greasy. Tasted as if it was previously prepared, then flash fried to heat up. All 4 of us got sick. It's been a while since we visited. The quality of either food preparation is lacking or possibly management. It's sad to have another once fun, family restaurant in Florence going down. We visited for dinner around 630 ish.

I just simply don’t think fast food is this hard. We waited for 10 minutes just to order in the drive thru. No cars ahead of us and maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. We order and then the girl has us order twice, like she just genuinely wasn’t listening the first time. We wait on the food for roughly 5 minutes. The hot dog is quite literally thrown into a box like a sloppy joe. The hot dog wasn’t even in the bun. When you order cheese curds, usually marinara comes with as a common courtesy. Not here. If you want ketchup or anything that you’d think would be a given with your meal, you better ask and check the bag. I think Freddy’s has great potential but awful workers. Hire. Better. People. There’s simply no excuse for this type of laziness and service. I would be embarrassed to have these type of employees working for me, let alone paying them.

First time there.dissapointed was no meat on the bun. It looked like someone had scraped the grill and gave me the crusty stuff. The shake was good. The shake came out fairly fast but the sandwich took forever and I was the only person there I went through drive thru but no cars in lot it is way expensive and I couldn't eat the sandwich I was so disappointed but the small shake was good but not for almost 7 dollars it wasnt that good . And the burger and I use the word loosely was not worth 7 more.
