Food was ok. My friend and I came in and had to wait 6 minutes while the cashier gossiped with her friend. When she finally got around to us, she was short with us. The guy cleaning the floor was the only one nice to us. This seems to be a take out place, not a dine in restaurant. We won’t be coming back, ever. Caveat emptor.

Place a take-out order for dinner and I must say my food was Fresh, Hot and full of Flavor at a great price. The cashiers were also very friendly.
I’ve been eating at this particular location for many many years. It was established as, King’s Lite, The owners served the best, Asian (Chinese / Cantonese) Food in Florence. The Boneless chicken was the best boneless chicken served in the area and in fact, it was the best overall entrée you could purchase compared to any restaurant in the area. When the pandemic hit the previous owners closed any options to eat inside the restaurant. After the pandemic kept a takeout only option. When you lose interaction with customers, you lose the ability to not serve, probably food but build relationships with local patrons. The previous owner provided a very poor customer experience, unless you like listening to someone yell at cooks in the kitchen, his wife like a geisha girl. Anyone with this much anger cannot focus on good food and taking care of the customer. I Encourage the new owners to reevaluate the processes they have in place and focus on three things-Send out quality food, which is fresh and colorful, keep restaurant clean, regardless of whether people are eating or take out, and save arguments with staff until after closing. I guess a fourth recommendation would be to Treat others like you would like to be treated. That’s a cliché but clichés Exist because they make sense. There is a cultural difference, but everyone appreciates kindness, cleanliness, and food. Until I read consistently positive reviews from the newest reviews, I will my money elsewhere. Prove to me that you deserve my hard earned money more than the competition. Thanks and have a great evening.

Not from Florence there on a conference convention ordered the combination plate no combination plate plain white rice just very disgusted should have checked my food before I left
The facility is very unclean. Tables, table partitions, floors and windows. Not enough help. The food presentation on the bar is terable.

Don't know what happened, maybe new owners, taste has changed, been a customer since Dan And Fan had the restaurant, earned the "Best of the Pee Dee" several years in a row, then changed hands and they tried to cut corners and quickly changed back to the original suppliers and recipies. Ordered tonight and was a little more than disappointed, the portions were good but, the taste or quality of ingredients were lacking. The S/S chicken and egg rolls had a fishey taste. Gonna try again we are for new owners, just keep on keeping on.

Was always here weekly under the previous cook. The food has really gone down and they need to be mindful and change course. Egg rolls are chewy and not crispy, crab rangoon filling was disgusting, with no cream cheese. Like, how hard is it to Google a crab rangoon recipe? I hope they take the feedback seriously and improve. Used to love this place.

Do not come here because the new owner argued with me about missing food from my order & then walked off before I could even respond. As if I have to lie about some chicken wings. This food is nasty now anyway. As a civil rights attorney, I am sure she will be out of business soon due to her disrespect of African American customers.

Great service and delicious food! Had the moo goo gai pan chicken combo with white rice and two chicken wings. It was all delicious!!!

We ordered chicken & broccoli, shrimp lo mei, steamed pork dumplings, and vegetables spring roll, and took back to hotel to eat, we finished them very quickly because they tasted so yummy, my kid always loves shrimp lo mei, he likes small shrimps which are easily to chew, spring rolls are so chrisp that we finished them immediately after back and forgot to take pictures on it, chicken and broccoli tastes so great that we highly recommend if you have light flavor taste, chicken tastes very tender, broccoli tastes fresh, steamed pork dumplings are ok which we actually prefer thin wrap. The dinning area is clean and tidy, The counter staff chased out to give us the spring rolls we forgot to take when we almost drove away. Thank you!
