“I visit the Hardee’s located ant 2302 W Lucas St in Florence, SC almost every weekday morning and sometimes for lunch and have been for the past 6 years. Mary Simmons and her team are always very cheerful and their customer service is outstanding. I visit here so often that when they see me enter the restaurant they prepare my order without even having to ask me for my order. I get the same breakfast items every visit. I will continue eating here because the service and food taste and quality is superb. You have a great manager (Ms Simmons) and team here.“
“Always great folks! Food is fresh. Hospitality is first class! When I stop in I usually have several young fellows from my church and they can be rowdy. Marcus always takes the time with each of them to take their order. When customer service is subpar so often, it’s so nice to have great customer service here!!A++++++
