Person who took my order at the register was not friendly at all. When I asked if breakfast was being served, I was given a quick yes with an eye roll and no menu to look at because everything on the menu board showed lunch items. I understand everyone has bad days but if I didn’t have my 5 year old with me I would have just walked out and went somewhere else.

People were friendly for the briefest of interactions and service was really fast however the biscuit could have cooked a bit longer and the amount of egg was ridiculously small and the hashbrowns weren't even brown they were so undercooked. I didn't get a receipt either. I came to this one as the only other location in Florence was abysmal to say the least and I get about the same quality of food. Idk who runs these places but they need to be fired and let someone else give it a shot because at this rate the 2 Hardee's left in the city will be closing up shop sooner rather than later just like the one at 5 points.
Received unsatisfactory food! Had about a half inch thick of grease visible to the eye. called and spoke to the assistant manager and complained. Sent my husband back to return the food and get a replacement. In light of the situation that happened at McDonald’s, I suggest that this store be reprimanded at what kind of food was turned out because the next time that happens, I’m gonna personally call the DHEC myself and request an inspection. Food borne illness is no joke! This store could be shut down with what I received. They need surprise visitors to monitor the QC! Where’s the GM?
