Received unsatisfactory food! Had about a half inch thick of grease visible to the eye. called and spoke to the assistant manager and complained. Sent my husband back to return the food and get a replacement. In light of the situation that happened at McDonald’s, I suggest that this store be reprimanded at what kind of food was turned out because the next time that happens, I’m gonna personally call the DHEC myself and request an inspection. Food borne illness is no joke! This store could be shut down with what I received. They need surprise visitors to monitor the QC! Where’s the GM?

Besides the food, being cold place is dirty to Fingerprints all over drink area.. Everywhere dust all over the walls, the ceiling the floors dirty. This place needs to be clean. Bad Need to call health department.

The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean. The double cheeseburger was awful. The patties were too small for the bun. It looked like sliders and the meat was old and dry. The hamburger bun was hard on the edges of one side. The big hot ham and cheese was ok. The fries were made fresh so they were good.
Service was really messed up. Always check your order when you order from the window. Had to go inside and get it correct.

I visit the Hardee’s located ant 2302 W Lucas St in Florence, SC almost every weekday morning and sometimes for lunch and have been for the past 6 years. Mary Simmons and her team are always very cheerful and their customer service is outstanding. I visit here so often that when they see me enter the restaurant they prepare my order without even having to ask me for my order. I get the same breakfast items every visit. I will continue eating here because the service and food taste and quality is superb. You have a great manager (Ms Simmons) and team here.

I placed an order for an 8 pc.chicken & 4 biscuits @ 8:52p.m. tonight at this location through the Hardee's mobile app, only to be told once my sons arrived to pick up my order @ 9:05p.m. that they cannot cook chicken after 8:00p.m. however, the Hardee's app took my money and this location refused to fill my order!!! The employee told my son to cancel my order through the app & that the money would be refunded in 30 minutes! Ridiculous!!!!!!! I NEED A REFUND ASAP!!!!!!!! I'm SO DISAPPOINTED. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER.
