I sat at the drive thru after placing order for an entire 15 minutes before anyone ever came to the window. Then the cashier DID NOT CARE! Yall need To hire an actual crew! This is horrible!!!
Just horrible. Drove past all of the other establishments to go here, and found this place dead at lunch. Suspect. We order, only no onions and large fry. My first order came out with only lettuce and enough mayo for 5 burgers and small fries. I take it all back and they remake it. Again, far too much mayonnaise for me to enjoy, so it all ended up in the trash. Thanks for waiting my time and money.

The store was empty inside. Only one customer in drive thru who had to drive up and wait. Ordered food, and had to wait approximately 5-7 minutes to get order. When got order, after waiting, with no other customers, the hash browns and eggs were cold like they had just been removed from the refrigerator. Do not recommend this location. This was my 2nd visit and both experiences have been negative. Will not patronize this location again.

This Hardee's has the best buttery biscuits around. Always fresh. Never hard.And the drive thru is always fast and friendly.My go to is country ham biscuit with double ham.

The fries were inedible but I tried them before leaving. I returned to insist on fresh ones. The people working there acted like I was such a bother but did replace them. I should have checked the sandwich as well because it was worse than the fries. I really don't know how the place stays in business with food and service like that. I did notice that I was the only customer there, so maybe I am just the last to get the news

Ordered the 2 for $5 wraps, one was freshly made but the other one was hard, dried out chicken, and old.
absolutely horrendous service. waited 25+ minutes in the drive through. there were two cars ahead of us, and we paid as soon as we got to the window. after waiting 10-15 minutes (during which time two cars behind us drove off), we finally knocked on the window to get the employee’s attention to request a refund, for which a manager was required. the manager approached the window, then left again. after waiting another several minutes, we knocked on the window again. there was zero acknowledgement by the manager or employee beyond taking the card and processing the refund. I understand that places are short staffed but the lack of communication or acknowledgement of the absolutely insane wait time is inexplicable.

1. I waited 15 minutes for the lady to take my order, she was talking to somebody in the back and I asked if she was talking to me and she said no. I asked if she was ready to take my order and she said no and kept on talking to the person in the back.2. I got to the window and waited another 15 minutes and she handed me my receipt and the receipt was blank.3. I finally got my order and she shut the window and didn’t even give me my sweet tea. I knocked on the window and I asked for my tea and she said we don’t have tea. So I asked her what drinks they had and she told me they had Coke but it tasted like Diet Coke and she didn’t make it.Over all it was HORRIBLE and the lady had an attitude and was very unprofessional acting. I will never go back to that Hardee’s and I will never recommend it to anybody. I would close it down still I got some good management and employees.

We came through the drive through today and got some burgers. There was only one guy working so it took longer than usual but you can't blame the guy when he's literally the only one working. The food came out hot and was great and the guy was super nice. I wish hardees wouldn't understaffed their establishments.
