Ordered my sandwich was supposed to have egg on it. It didn’t have egg on it just cheese hahaha. To top it off I was trying to check my order to make sure it was right and what I presumed to be the manager barked at me telling me to move along. so I did and then I get home to a half ass sandwich which I would’ve known wasn’t made right if she didn’t tell me to move. Part of me think she knew it wasn’t made right and just didn’t want to hear it. Nice work really shows you know what you are doing. you don’t hand a bag of someone and then bark at them when they’re trying to check their order. Hardy management needs to look into this like the management management. I want my egg on my sandwich man. If you want a good breakfast done right this is not the place. If you want egg on your sandwich, this is not the place. If you want to be satisfied with your order, this is not the place. Have a nice day.

Ordered kids hamburger meal got a kids chicken tenders. Took it back, at first they said they couldn’t take it back then they said they could. By that time I was aggravated and said forget it. The tenders were not tender nor hot. The French fries were tough and cold.

The lady taking the order was rude and clicked off as my aunt was placing her order. She also wouldn’t allow them to get the burgers the way they wanted them made. Thankfully, no one in the vehicle is allergic to any of the ingredients on the burgers. Very unprofessional

Sandwich was cold--cheese wasn't even melted and I ordered it from the parking lot. For the amount you get in the cup (it didn't even reach the first line on the cup), the peach shake is a little pricey.

I love going to Hardee’s and the plus of being a Rewards Member and getting all of the discounts is Glorious! They didn’t have the peach tea that I ordered, so they made it good and gave me a strawberry milkshake instead. Now that’s Good Professional Customer Service! There frisco angus burgers are really good! I Highly Recommend anyone that have not been there before to try them out!

I went to this location on Sunday evening around 5:45. This location was extremely understaffed however, Miss Wanda The manager on duty and the only cook and crewmember Landon were amazing. The food was high and fresh the customer service although they were shortstaffed was at an all-time high and it did not go unnoticed. I will definitely return to support Miss Wanda in the crew that she manages.

Every time I visit and Ms. Wanda is working, she provides us with the best customer service, whether I’m in the drive-thru or inside the restaurant. No matter if it's a busy or slow day, her energy and gratitude remain consistent! Shout out to Ms. Wanda for always maintaining a positive perspective! The food service industry is often overlooked, and its workers are underappreciated. This line of work requires hard effort and is not as easy as it appears, especially on busy days.
