The fries were greasy and I asked for another order. Until she told me the grease don’t get changed. the cashier said we can’t take them back so I asked for the manager.! the manager was so rude. She was the rudest person ever seen. told me she could not take them back and you could not get your money back. she asked me have I’ve eaten the food. I said I took a bite out of it. But then she walked off and she said, the cashier said that they don’t change their grease. That’s why it taste like that at that time I asked for my money back and she would not give it back.

The service at this Hardee’s has really gone downhill. It was way better when it was located where tidal wave is now. The crew always look dirty and sketchy like they don’t wash their hands dirty looking and never full or clean uniforms on. Many times especially during Covid I noticed this and just pulled off.One night the entire crew was just standing out back smoking no one in the restaurant. I immediately pulled off. Homeless people everywhere and random buggies in the front of the restaurant. The food never tasted good or fresh when I have gotten it. This Hardee’s is slack and make my stomach turn I’m scared to get food from here honestly and just go elsewhere now.

Ms. Wanda is a huge asset to the Irby Street location. She always has a friendly smile and a welcoming greeting for all of her customers, including the extremely rude and impatient ones. She and her fellow employees keep things moving in a hectic pace.

I ordered a pick up order through the app and paid on the app with a card. My dad picked it up. The order was wrong and I did not have time to come back to the store for them to fix it. I called and asked for a refund. After expressing several times that I could not return to the store. Jay or Jake the “manager” told me that he could not give me a refund without me going all the way back to the store. After again explaining that could not happen, he informed me he was going to call his GM to see if he could give me a refund. He came back to the phone and again said I would have to inconvenience myself for a mistake they made and return to the store. This makes absolutely zero sense since I paid for it with a card. Especially considering this is a fast food restaurant and should cater to customers who are low on time. When I explained that he could either process the refund or I would be calling customer service to see if corporate would process it and I would make sure to explain his lack of cooperation, he hung up on me. This is not the type of customer service that I would expect anywhere and that type of behavior is unprofessional and not what should be displayed by a so called manager. I have contacted customer service with the times and dates of this encounter.

Food was excellent. But the lady running the drive thru and the front counter at the same time was very rude. I dint understand that she said mushroom and Swiss I thought she said number 120.After I got my lunch she had a smart comment because I had my Bluetooth in and said talk on that phone if you want too! She need s to speak clearly . How rude!

Well first of all I love Hardee’s chicken. Ordered a 2 piece snack. Found out there’s an up charge that isn’t disclosed on the menu sign. I wanted a wing and a breast. So I paid for it. As I am eating I realize that I have a thigh and a wing. So I call. The woman that answered vehemently denied it was a thigh. I’m not crazy and I know a thigh from a breast. So I just got conned paying extra for food I didn’t get. I bet you I will not EVER go there again. The 4 times I’ve been to this location I’ve dealt with slow speeds , burnt biscuits, long waits in the drive thru and false advertisement. But I refuse to accept that a thigh is a freaking breast!

The ladies restroom needs attention BAD. The counter around the sink has some unknown substance smeared all over it. I literally turned the water on and off with my foot lol
The chicken wrap is a joke. Literally one chicken tender with a few pieces of shredded lettuce and a small squirt of sauce.
Definitely my last time.
