We're not from the area, so every time we go through Florence, we stop by, and again, we enjoy our visit. Everyone there always so nice. We don't mind the wait, when we know our food lion is hot and fresh.

Went through the drive-thru. Was told to pull up. Waited 20 mins so I go back up to the window to get my refund. They tell me “you have to come In”. I have restless kids in the car that was my whole purpose in using the drive-thru!!! Waited another 5 mins and still no refund for a total of 25 mins. I just left and will be disputing the charges on my card. I’ll never come here again. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to this time.

Always great folks! Food is fresh. Hospitality is first class! When I stop in I usually have several young fellows from my church and they can be rowdy. Marcus always takes the time with each of them to take their order. When customer service is subpar so often, it’s so nice to have great customer service here!!A++++++

I eat here on a daily basis but I'm done ....NO MORE . I love Hardee's so the food is pretty decent . But anytime I come during the day when the African American lady with the super short pixie cut wig is working it is always one thing after another as far as wait times , customers getting mad bout mistakes , it's always trash on floor , dirty tables , trash full . One day I ordered UNSWEET TEA and it was sweet and I told her she said no baby your wrong that's unsweetened. I just put a little half sweet half unsweetened so it's not bitter . I told her it's sweet unsweetened means no sugar she got so angry after that everything I go in she looks at me walks off and leaves me standing there . Today I walked in she was mopping the floor with trash on it , looked up saw me and turned around the other way and didn't finish that area she didn't greet me left me standing there while she mopped other side everyone else looked at me wouldn't take my order either no one said I'll be right with you ......which is another big issue there . NO ONE BEHIND COUNTER EVER GREETS U OR SAYS ILL BE RIGHT WITH U except for 2 girls and the evening shift manager African American male . Sorry ass customer service here it's a shame . This franchisee needs to take a hands on approach .
