I have been a loyal customer to this business for years but today I was let down tremendously! Food was mediocre at best, wait staff were to busy on their phones to pay anyone any attention, and to top it off I saw a roach crawling around on the floor by the food counters on the way out. I will NEVER be back here again.

Very disappointed, there was a Roach in the sushi area , hibachi food was overly salty and undercooked and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting . Don't waste your time here go to Golden corral across the street. Might be cheaper here but the conditions are disgusting. Someone needs to call someone over that
I took my wife for her birthday and didn't remember the food being that bad. Her steak was burned bad and everything else wasn't that fresh

When you ask for fresh food on the Bar the cooks have attitudes. I always go there but today when I ask for fresh food on the bar there was a problem.

We went on Thursday night and they were an hour from closing and so many of the food items were empty and the counters were so messy. There was still plenty of people coming in and paying full price for the buffet but they were not refilling the items. Also about 20 minutes before closing they took several of the utensils away from the food so I couldn't even scoop some things I had to ask for something and the guy gave me a spoon. I understand they want to go home but, people paid full price to get in, they should have the chance to eat what they want then at 9pm when they close take it all away. Not 20 minutes before. Really disappointed that this is how our local hibachi restaurant treats their paying customers.
