We went around 730 on a Saturday, there was almost no other patrons there. Might have been due to the credit card machine being down, but it was nice and quiet. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Food is awful. No service can improve food quality. Even ordering an expensive dish doesn't cut. We strongly advise to chose another option.

If I could give zero stars I would, the food was dirty looking and I ordered online but when I went in they weren’t even aware of my order. They forgot a full meal of my food and when I came back to get it the manager on duty who appears to be a recovering drug addict got very confrontational with me, immediately started blaming me for the food that wasn’t put in my tied up back and then threatened me after I asked for the number to corporate and refused to give me the number to corporate or her name. I well NEVER again eat at another ihop a day in my life! And I will be telling all of my friends and family and I will be calling the better business bureau and sending pictures of the black flakes of whatever inside my pancakes, the water in my eggs, the uncooked in the middle sausage and the short video I was able to catch of the argumentative manager who threatened me. I didn’t 53$ dollars here and unsatisfied can’t even begin to describe my experience. If your thinking about eating here? Do NOT! Save your money and go elsewhere

We were quickly seated at a table with a booth seat against the wall and a chair in front of the emergency exit door with the sun shining directly in our eyes. We were going to ask for different seating because there were several other places available. After waiting for twenty minutes we were never approached for anything at all. No drinks and no opportunity to request different seating. We then walked out and went somewhere else. This is the second try for this particular location.

Around 11:30 My family and I were passing through so we decided out of all the restaurants in the area to eat here and we was never greeted. We stood up front for 5mins. And no one never greeted us.All the waitresses were in a huddle and would look but no one would come and at least say someone will be right with you say hello or something very rude. It wasn’t even busy. The two ladies that were sitted we had to ask them if anyone greeted them they told them it would be a 30 min wait. We left and went to love garden and we were greeted and served right away. Very disappointing

Only been to Sumter IHOP 2-5 years ago. Wait staff made each experience poor. Last time a gang war seemed ready to break out. Florence IHOP was perfect as an IHOP should be. I and my family enjoyed everything about our meal. Waitress got a great tip.
