My family and I ate here at 11 PM on a Friday. In spite of a late rush, the staff was cheerful and motivated, the food was prompt and perfect, and the service was top notch. Valeria is delightful and took superb care of us. The whole crew was doing great work. Thank you so much!

First, it took me and my two friends OVER TEN MINUTES to get a seat. If you were even to take a glance, there were at least TWENTY seats open that could hold three or more people. Then, we waited twenty or more minutes for food. When it arrived, it was in TERRIFYING condition. The egg one of us ordered was RAW. It was not cooked. My other friend’s scrambled eggs were WET, and were clearly UNDERCOOKED. Not only that, but the chefs couldn’t bother to put even a SERVING of gravy on my biscuits, and trust me, I know they probably use ten servings on their own. I asked the waitress for a side of gravy, and by the time she had brought it back, my friends who had FIVE plates were already done eating. Guess what happened after that? The gravy was WATERED DOWN. Now, what I would like to know is, who is the WORLD made that? Because my gravy before the side came was fine the way it was. The waitress said they were out of gravy and had to make more, but that should NEVER excuse poor quality. I ended up only consuming a side and a drink. To sum it up, we calculated the cost to be $42.37, but when we got the check it was $50. No tax should up the price THAT MUCH. In conclusion, would not recommend, would not go back.

This IHOP has a great cook chef and an excellent service waitress. I am very picky about how I want my eggs cooked with my pancakes. The young waitress told me she wasn't clear of my request, so if I didn't mind, she was going to get the chef to talk to me about my special egg request [that's a thumb up for me]. 1st, the black chef arrived at our table, introduced himself with a great smile on his face, and kindly expressed to us that he was asked to address one of our find customers concerning a special egg request [Huge 👍🏽 up] . We'll end result my EGGS were absolutely 💯%, excellent as well our full table were all the most satisfied with this Awesome IHOP in Florence SC on our business trip. The chef and waitress need to be rewarded by IHOP, too; for representing IHOP so well (God's will) ,We plan to return again during our May business trip.

The food has mostly been exceptional, it’s the lack of wait staff and at times a lack of cooks. I never see management and wonder how they keep the doors open. This is my wives favorite spot as we used to take our children to breakfast at iHop and if not for that I would go elsewhere as we usually eat breakfast out once a week!

Service was horrible. Ordered an appetizer that had chicken tenders on it, they came out RAW 30 minutes later. The server did not apolgize, instead she rolled her eyes and yook the chicken off the plate. Leaving the other food. Service was horrible and the food was mediocre at best.

Service was not too slow but it seemed like servers need to be better educated. Food was okay. Restaurant was pretty empty on a Sunday morning.
Went to IHOP in Florence, SC on Wednesday, 2/6 because my son wanted breakfast for dinner. Restaurant has an unpleasant smell when you walk in and wall at both we day in had dried food splatters on wall. Restaurant was empty because we went for an early dinner around 4:45 pm. I ordered the $6 special of scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese and hash browns. Hash browns were luke warm at best. Eggs were ok. My son ordered a Colorado omelet that was supposed to be stuffed but only had some cheese and bacon on top. He was disappointed. Our server was attentive though. I won't be rushing back anytime soon.
