It's no wondering these types of restaurants are closing. They do not take any pride in cooking their food. I ordered a simple pancake combo with scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns. My pancakes were lightly brown on one side and on the other it wasn't even cook at all. It looked like somebody took a bite out of one of my pancakes. The bacon wasn't cooked at all. My eggs weren't and scramble well. The servers were pleasant but their cooks need to find another industry to work in. I could see if it was super busy but there weren't many people in there to warrant the lack of aptitude in thoroughly cooking a meal.

Can't get past the food. The food was so bad! I got Eggs Benedict. The take-home containers were the best part along with the coffee, so not saying much. Hard getting refills. Cost, too much! Not busy. Seated right away. Took a long time to get coffee and food. In questions, you should ask how long it takes to receive your order as this is a very important question!

The food and service was absolutely excellent! Only issue was the bathroom, needed some cleaning and restocking of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. We did go during a busy time though.

Really sweet staff. I love that they are open 24/7. The timing worked out perfectly as we left Columbia, SC at 6am and made it here at 7:20am. The server was great and there was no wait for a table.

I took my little girl for breakfast this morning, and the waitress, African American woman with 2 braids, walked over us 5 times to take everybody’s order except ours. This made us feel small as hell and we ended up leaving. All we were trying to do is enjoy our day, and we could even get anyone to ask us if we wanted anything to drink.

The protein pancakes were super greasy, and my food was barely warm. Hubby's order was missing his hash browns. They seemed to be busy the day we were there as there were numerous Direct TV vehicles in the parking lot. Service was a bit slow even with a lot of wait staff. Normally, I enjoy IHOP, but not this time. Not sure if we're going back. Also, be careful parking - there's not a great deal of space, and it's a very strategic entrance/exit.
Did an online order...took a long time to get our food, but to be fair, it looked like the restaurant was understaffed and it was busy both inside and with online orders...on the other hand, the food was delicious and just what the doctor ordered 🤗

My brother and I went to IHOP for brunch. It wasn't crowded, but the food took over 30 minutes to arrive. Our table wasn't cleaned properly, and the server only wiped it quickly when I asked. I also placed a separate online order for pickup (pancakes, eggs, and bacon) that was supposed to be ready by 10:29 AM. Even after we finished eating and paid around 10:32 AM, the order wasn't done. The server had to check with the kitchen, and I waited another 10 minutes. Despite ordering ahead, service was very slow. I even saw a DoorDash driver also waiting and frustrated with the delay. Overall, I spent way too much time at HOP.
