Although the food(my favorite pancakes and scrambled eggs) is always superb..the restaurant seating time was lengthy due to only one waitress working...but this lady was awesome and had a since of humor that even I had to laugh...she was holding her own and I would eat at this IHOP location just to be served by her...whenever I think of her name I'll update this review...whoever she is..good job lady, world class service..???

I came here multiple times this is my 2nd time in a row coming back so again I ordered big steak with no mushrooms and yet the cook put mushrooms I don't understand how can you serve the guests food that they didn't order this place bums me out service suck just like the employee atmosphere that why I gave the service 1 star and atmosphere 1 do not come here word of advice

Solid breakfast restaurant. Lot's of options to choose from. Especially with pancakes and waffles. Restaurant could use some updating on the inside. It's an upgrade from waffle or huddle house.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly menu

The booths are very lopsided and wobbly. The one we sat in was slated towards the floor and way too close to the actual seat, I was uncomfortable and that doesn't happen too often to me.
The food could’ve been fresh but the service was very terrible, long wait for food and servers used profanity. Some items were also missing. Our server came back late after we were done eating to ask if we wanted refills. It wasn’t pack so we don’t know why it was a long wait. We will not be going again. No wonder why the parking lot was empty.

There were 5 people in the restaurant when we sat down at around 5:00. It took forever to get our food but we had enough time for dessert so we thought. We never got it because we had to leave to get to a softball game. We had already paid our bill while waiting on the waffle sundae. The waitress (Melissa) had to keep telling the cook (Victor) she was waiting on a waffle. Apparently he doesn’t understand English…not my words…I heard them discussing that while we were waiting. I will go back just to get the dessert that was paid for but never again to that location. That one needs some serious management.

Went to ihop. Ordered online 30 minutes beforehand. stood inside for over 15 minutes and no one spoke to me. Not to mention the parking lot was empty and only one family was seated in the whole establishment. finally someone came up to me and they still didn’t have my order ready and proceeded to bag my food which wasn’t the correct order. so I say it was as good as it gets in Florence South Carolina.

I’d love to say we got to eat here, but unfortunately we waited for almost an hour and were never seated. We came in with an admittedly large party (7 top at 11 on a Saturday), and the hostess seemed to bend over backwards to seat everyone before us. The last straw was a 5 top that came in less than 10 minutes before they were seated and asked to be seated in a specific spot. We asked the hostess for an updated wait time and she claimed that they were trying to get tables together, when there were clear options to seat us behind her. To be fair, she was trying her best and was clearly flustered, but was not well suited and was overwhelmed by the task at hand. None of the other front staff stepped in to assist her at any time, and the coordination here was abysmal. We politely informed her we were leaving, and thanked her for her efforts, but it was a terrible experience and I felt very bad for her. No support for unprepared staff, badly organized, and I saw many tables be left entirely abandoned by their waiters.
