I came in Friday afternoon to get a sub for work. I had to be to work at 7pm working overnight, I ordered the number 64 giant. My sub was not fix at all the way it was supposed to be fixed mixing very important topping being that it was a veggie sub spending right at $20 for it. I asked the young lady on shift that afternoon which she said she was a manager as well as the one who fixed the sub to wrap it like separate I wanted two bags hanging it cut in half she proceeded to get the sub from me and rolled her as as she was about to rewrap it. I told her nevermind. I was not satisfied at all for the service nor my food.

I bought a Porto Bello steak and Swiss and only got mushrooms and peppers no meat. That's was today. I won't be going back.
I will be calling in about this tomorrow. The team literally got all 4 of my subs wrong. I paid over $80 for giant sandwiches and you screwed up all of them. The worst part is that with my hot subs, I caught the mistake and told the girl that it was wrong and to fix it. She said she got it, but I still got the wrong subs. I'm super pissed. They put peppers on a steak and cheese that wasn't supposed to be there. A roast beef sub with the wrong bread. The Italian with the wrong bread, another steak and cheese with the wrong cheese. Ridiculous.

Ordered a Giant cheesesteak with everything on it. They put whatever they wanted to put in it and also ordered a Giant turkey sub with lettuce tomato onion but they still put whatever they wanted on it. Spend $40 on 2 subs and they choose whatever they want to put on my Subs which I paid Full price for my subs and they think is ok to do. PURE BULLSHIT
