We stopped at the Hampton Inn behind it and didn’t feel like getting on the road searching for food. Boy were we glad we didn’t the food was outstanding my wife had the shrimp chowder with a biscuit and I had the grilled pork chops and we were both very very happy with our choices. The biscuits were scratch made and the spicy collard greens meant I at least got my greens late for new year’s. We really enjoyed our meal and the kind and helpful staff who checked to be sure...
My Father and I stopped by for our new year’s lunch and were both so pleased at the food, service, and atmosphere. We got the chance to meet the owner as she was asking to take photos for promotion and, while I politely declined to have my picture taken, (you’re all welcome for sparing you from seeing this old mug), she was so polite and accommodating even after, only requesting that we tell others about the place if we enjoyed the food (which we very much did)
Julia Belle’s is a hidden gem! The food and service were both top notch. The atmosphere was quaint and welcoming, the epitome of southern charm. We were on a long roadtrip and wanted to sit down but not be too long and the food was up quick and was delicious, everyone was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend ❤️ and the crab cake sandwich was a favorite!
