Today I remembered why I haven’t gone to KFC in years. Customer service was not top tier, but what can you expect these days. I got a pot pie, 2 to be exact. The best part of my pot pie was the crust. I promise you, there was NO meat what so ever in either pie. So if you decide to go get a pot pie, just remember, I told you so

Ordered at this KFC by accident, should of paid attention, bought some early in the morning, the chicken was not any good imho, maybe it was from the night before? biscut, no good, mash potatoes were ok, threw out the chicken

I had the 3 piece dark with biscuit and mash potatoes original...very good fresh hot chicken...on ah Wednesday lunchtime..went thru drive through line moved fast..very good customer service.

Extremely dirty. Bathrooms to dining area. Place looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a couple of weeks or more. Manager was told of bathroom conditions and totally blew customer off. He couldn’t change his baby because baby table was broken. Chicken was laying in grease at the bottom of the box. Raw underbaked biscuit. Soda dispenser out of syrup. No clean tables or chairs. Had to stand up to eat what bit I could eat. Manager is just a body who doesn’t listen or care, she’s just there for the check.
Celestine is very rude and should not be on the front line. She’s should be cleaning the parking lot with that attitude. I gladly declined my order and walked out.

Over priced , rude people , the worst mashed potatoes and gravy I have ever got from a KFC . The lady was yelling at people in a smart tone. Will never go back ever to this location in Florence. I felt uncomfortable and was still hungry a two PC and a little biscuit and small mash potatoes and gravy which was horrible .
