Extremely dirty. Bathrooms to dining area. Place looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a couple of weeks or more. Manager was told of bathroom conditions and totally blew customer off. He couldn’t change his baby because baby table was broken. Chicken was laying in grease at the bottom of the box. Raw underbaked biscuit. Soda dispenser out of syrup. No clean tables or chairs. Had to stand up to eat what bit I could eat. Manager is just a body who doesn’t listen or care, she’s just there for the check.

Over priced , rude people , the worst mashed potatoes and gravy I have ever got from a KFC . The lady was yelling at people in a smart tone. Will never go back ever to this location in Florence. I felt uncomfortable and was still hungry a two PC and a little biscuit and small mash potatoes and gravy which was horrible .

Hours were closing at 8:00pm- walked there from McLeod hospital after calling to be sure they were opened- to get there at 7:19pm & the firs were locked. Employees trying to act as if I’m not at the door!!! After going to subway across the street- I noticed they had just drive thru open. But didn’t bother to tell me when I was standing at the door.

Came and got a 20 piece basket, asked for hot sauce. The lady on the register only gave 3 small packets. I went and asked for more, starts arguing talking about how that’s enough. GIRLLLL! Bye, she game me a few more and said that’s it hun? please, don’t act like you’re paying for my these damn sauces!
My grandfather told the young lady a Pepsi with his order. She repeated the order back then took my order. I also asked for a Pepsi. Ms. Lady is at the drive thru trying to carry a conversation between her co-workers and customers. My grandfather is telling her he asked for it and she is debating with customers. Then the ugly Manager comes and says if it's on the receipt we can give it to you .if not you have to pay. Which was unfair but ok. She messed up the order anyway. The manager's attitude was very nasty .I will.never patron this location again.this was Last week.

It was a last minute decision to come here today, and I'm glad that I did. The service was fast and friendly.I tried the apple poppers, mashed potatoes/gravy, and nuggets. I wish I had tried the saucy nuggets. Everything was hot, flavorful, and filling, and my Pepsi was strong. I've been here over the years and it's been fine, but today stands out for some reason.

We have a big family. We came to order our food,it was a pretty big order. Got home. Noticed 8 biscuits were missing along with a large fry. Make sure if you come to this location to check your order throughly. This is our second time having something missing
