Today I remembered why I havenāt gone to KFC in years. Customer service was not top tier, but what can you expect these days. I got a pot pie, 2 to be exact. The best part of my pot pie was the crust. I promise you, there was NO meat what so ever in either pie. So if you decide to go get a pot pie, just remember, I told you so

I had the 3 piece dark with biscuit and mash potatoes original...very good fresh hot chicken...on ah Wednesday lunchtime..went thru drive through line moved fast..very good customer service.
Extremely dirty. Bathrooms to dining area. Place looks like it hasnāt been mopped in a couple of weeks or more. Manager was told of bathroom conditions and totally blew customer off. He couldnāt change his baby because baby table was broken. Chicken was laying in grease at the bottom of the box. Raw underbaked biscuit. Soda dispenser out of syrup. No clean tables or chairs. Had to stand up to eat what bit I could eat. Manager is just a body who doesnāt listen or care, sheās just there for the check.
