I will not use this restaurant anytime in the near future. I placed an order online. I went it to receive the order 11 minutes after my confirmation said it would be ready and the food was nowhere close to being ready. Fast forward 15 minutes and I am still waiting on my food!

For 3 visits in a row they have not given us all the food ordered or paid for. Once an order of strips was missing, once they shorted us chicken pieces, this last time they didn't give us 2 mashed potato sides. Check your orders carefully. I am not sure if employees are doing this because they were trained to do so or if they were trained badly. Either way, check your orders and count everything.

This KFC is on point. No questions asked. I have visited this location several times and always stayed consistent angel and Christopher and va’Shon are always polite and friendly. Highly recommended so check these guys out..

I just ordered a Chicken Little. The chicken tender was the smallest I have ever seen, less than half the size if the small bun. Then they put about as much mayo as the size of the chicken. I wiped a big gob off the sandwich, and it still dripped out when I took a bite. I didn't order a Mao sandwich with a side of chicken, but that's what I got. Not a good sandwich at all. And a good thing I had napkins in my car, because they didn't send any - and with all that mayo I really needed a lot of napkins!

Dinner and show isn’t what I signed up for while waiting on my food.
Firstly, I stood there waiting for someone to take my order as an employee on break in the dining area, yelled out “Customer at the register”, none of the workers back there came up for me for my order for about 3-5 minutes.
Then, I sat down in a booth and while I was waiting a customer comes in and some lady (I believe she was the manager) took his order. The other workers were having a loud conversation in the kitchen and they were getting louder, so the lady at register turns around and starts yelling at the other workers saying she can’t hear the man and to quiet down so she can hear what the man wants to order! That she’s yelling at them because they were yelling. Seriously…😒😐
Fast forward, that same lady and 3 other girls are standing by the drive-thru window and she is mediating an argument that the 3 girls are having. Which means that they were loud… again!
Fast forward again! My food comes out. The fries are not crispy and they’re unseasoned (I HATE unseasoned fries).
The chicken skin is soft (ugh) and the biscuit is a lump of thick baked dough.
The tea is unsweetened (I HATE unsweetened tea).
The soda is soda flavored water.
If I go back there, someone run me to the hospital to get my head checked, I must have some damage…

Got asked to pull to the side for my food . Waited almost 30 mins after seeing 10 cars from the drive thru pass me . Unbelievable customer service never waited that long for fast food…

Drive through. Girl was very friendly. However the chicken was horrible. Was not extra crispy. Could squeeze the grease out of any piece and it tasted like someone dumped a salt shaker on it. Sodium is not healthy and yet restaurant insist on adding to much. People can add their own salt!!! Haven't ate there one in 7 yrs. Guess it will be another 7 yrs.

Literally just ordered food online at this location was told it’s ready went to pick it up was told there no orders and when I could speak to somone else they exclaimed they’re closed and to call the app back for a refund .. very disrespectful and disgusting service
