I just ordered a Chicken Little. The chicken tender was the smallest I have ever seen, less than half the size if the small bun. Then they put about as much mayo as the size of the chicken. I wiped a big gob off the sandwich, and it still dripped out when I took a bite. I didn't order a Mao sandwich with a side of chicken, but that's what I got. Not a good sandwich at all. And a good thing I had napkins in my car, because they didn't send any - and with all that mayo I really needed a lot of napkins!

Dinner and show isn’t what I signed up for while waiting on my food. Firstly, I stood there waiting for someone to take my order as an employee on break in the dining area, yelled out “Customer at the register”, none of the workers back there came up for me for my order for about 3-5 minutes. Then, I sat down in a booth and while I was waiting a customer comes in and some lady (I believe she was the manager) took his order. The other workers were having a loud conversation in the kitchen and they were getting louder, so the lady at register turns around and starts yelling at the other workers saying she can’t hear the man and to quiet down so she can hear what the man wants to order! That she’s yelling at them because they were yelling. Seriously…😒😐 Fast forward, that same lady and 3 other girls are standing by the drive-thru window and she is mediating an argument that the 3 girls are having. Which means that they were loud… again! Fast forward again! My food comes out. The fries are not crispy and they’re unseasoned (I HATE unseasoned fries). The chicken skin is soft (ugh) and the biscuit is a lump of thick baked dough. The tea is unsweetened (I HATE unsweetened tea). The soda is soda flavored water. If I go back there, someone run me to the hospital to get my head checked, I must have some damage…

Got asked to pull to the side for my food . Waited almost 30 mins after seeing 10 cars from the drive thru pass me . Unbelievable customer service never waited that long for fast food…

Drive through. Girl was very friendly. However the chicken was horrible. Was not extra crispy. Could squeeze the grease out of any piece and it tasted like someone dumped a salt shaker on it. Sodium is not healthy and yet restaurant insist on adding to much. People can add their own salt!!! Haven't ate there one in 7 yrs. Guess it will be another 7 yrs.

Literally just ordered food online at this location was told it’s ready went to pick it up was told there no orders and when I could speak to somone else they exclaimed they’re closed and to call the app back for a refund .. very disrespectful and disgusting service

Went there today went through the drive thru order 2 2pc chicken for me and Mom the chicken tasted old I threw away my food which made me mad then my Mom she had no choice but to eat hers because she was at work and she has ro take medicine now she's sick on the stomach and nothing was done because we didn't have the food

never been to a KFC that refuses to give out paper plates for to go. they first offered 4. we said we needed 8. then they refused to give us any period. they acted so inconvenienced by us asking.

Sunday a family member gave my 15 year old money to go eat on her birthday. She chose KFC we are here from Charlotte to be with my dying dad and we ordered the 20 piece family chicken meal along with 3 large Mac and cheeses. The bill comes to 52.00. Upon entering the room realized they left the two large Mac and cheeses off the order. Call and complain told me the only way they could compensate was through a address that I don't have at the moment because I left Charlotte to come to SC. Very rude manager that called back and say I can get the two mac and cheese but it's a 25 mile drive so I ask for a credit for when I come that way. Very rude you can get what I offer you. Some people have jobs and no compassion for people and by looking at the reviews I see that it's consistent. Never have to worry about my business anymore.
