Ordered coffee and was expecting it to be black and hot. Not what I got, cream and sugar already added and cold. Didn't realize it until I was 20 minutes down the road. I guess you have to beg for hot black coffee.

I use my reward points to get a free hot now donut and it was super delicious what does service there could have been better friendlier they just look sad overall like they hate their lives and their job. Which most of us do but at least put on a happy face

The donuts here were very small even compared to last year. It will make it easier to give up my lifelong Krispy Kreme habit when I can't even get my money's worth at your shop anymore with a decent-sized donut. It should make it easier for everyone to shop local too when you chains are skipping significantly on size. For the same amount of money folks, the Sweet Tooth bakery on Hoffmeyer Road, Florence, SC, will give you a far greater product and respectively sized ones too. Merry Christmas

Drove by here yesterday and your hours on google said you were open but you were opening later in the day at 1. Next time please update your hours on google so my time is not wasted :)
This is probably the 3rd time coming here over the past year and they are always out of something. I asked for 3 different donuts ON their drive-thru menu and and each time I asked they were out. Don't advertise if you don't have the product available.
