I got there in the drive-thru to Order 3 lunch combos. I was told that they could not be made because at 2 pm they stop!! Well, it’s 1:59pm and it’s not 2 pm so why? The cashier told me that even if he told the manager, which was female that she would not make them!! I think that is very bad service period!!!

Tripp Kelly you need to do some changes. 4 th time I had to wait for food. Didn't start till I got there. They said said they didn't have anything to do with the app. App was saying food was ready. But it wasn't. I would do away with app if not going to use it. Makes you and your employees look stupid

I ordered a ExtraMostBestest pep online, expecting it to be put in the Portal oven pickup spot. Convenient for a Friday dinner rush. It was ONLY 1 pizza. I get a notification that it was ready but I had to pickup at the counter. When I walked inside there where 8 people and no organization. The Portal pickup had just 1 order in it, plenty of room for my 1 pizza. Eventually I get to the counter, give the employee my order number and name. She then proceeds to go through a stack of pizzas, and hands me some random box, which was the basic pep pizza. I was not gonna argue over a $8 pie. I left and will not return.

I was discriminated against at this store. I called the store to place a pick-up order so it would be ready and my Father wouldn’t have to wait in the Drive-Thru long after a tiring day at work. As soon as the employee heard my Asian tone, he said that the “Registers were low” and thats why he could not put in a ticket for my order. Not that the registers were “down”. I was refused to have my order taken over the phone. My father then had to wait in the drive-thru. This is what we were trying to avoid. One of the most racist interactions I’ve had in this town. If they had heard a different tone, they would not have treated me like this. This is about treating each customer the same. This makes going out in this town and enjoying myself almost impossible. Also, what happened to the quality of Little Ceasers? Is this just at this location? The store owner should be aware.

Cashier rather deal with a personal phone call rather than help customer and had to wait 30 minutes extra for an online order that should've been done 10 minutes before I got there

Waited 10 minutes at Drive thru no service. Finally went inside. Another car pulls up at drive thru they get waited on I'm still waiting to ve recognized. Finally got to order a pepperoni git home it's a cheese. Tried to call back and you guessed it they won't answer the phone.

Why was I told that my order was ready but I’m still standing here 30 minutes later with no order? But people in the drive thru are being hand delivered their order. Completely unacceptable and the cashier is being dismissive and rude. Why did I even order online? Ridiculous.
