Do you remember that movie Interstellar, with that planet where 7 years passed on Earth every hour? That planet is where this pizza place gets it's time estimates for when your food will be ready. Placed an order on the app at 5:30, finally got food at 6:35. I wasn't alone, however, because the 10 or more people also waiting in pizza purgatory with me started to compare wait times. The best part was when the one employee tried to tell me it was my fault for not using my code on the cabinet to get my pizzas...when the dude standing beside her literally just put them in there. Seriously, my name wasn't even up on the screen yet. Feel free to sub in this review for any of the three Caesar's in Florence, they are locked in a competition for worst location, and it's currently a 3-way tie. If time is meaningless to you, and you really want some of the most barely-cooked, mid pizza imaginable, by all means, get it from here.
Took all but ten minutes from when I placed my order to have two pies done and ready. The employee who took my order was very nice n definitely good customer service from him. Place is small but a good spot to get a pizza real quick especially if you’re in a rush.
The young lady that took my order was very cordial, and my order of Italian bread was delicious! This Little Caesars Pizza location is the best! ❤️

This place has gone down hill in the last year or so. The staff is rude and the time it takes to get your order is crazy. I watched my order sit ready on the counter in the back for 15 minutes while there was no one at the register for all of that time. I waited 40 minutes all together after ordering. The pizza is okay, but that doesn’t matter if by the time I get it, it’s cold. It’s not worth it at that point. I’ll be choosing a different little Caesars to go to from now on.

I got there at 945 pm, and basically, they told me they had no pizza, and all they had was bread sticks and that they are closing. Witch is fine and understandable but your hours say 11 to 10 pm so if you are not going to have pizza at 945 pm need to say we are shutting down at 945 so we can close at 10pm and we do not have pizzas after 930 pm .
Never order at a busy time. If you do, expect an hour wait, lots of excuses, and luke-warm but old pizza. If you want the extra cheese you ordered, you have to choose an uncommon set of toppings. If you just go with pepperoni or sausage, you have about a 25% chance of getting the extra cheese you paid for. I Ordered at 5:37 and the pizzas were finally in had at 6:38, but only after I asked for a refund. It's too bad my kid likes this pizza.

Be very careful of this location. I’ve been a Little Caesars fan for 40 years and just ordered a Detroit style with two sides of the delicious tomato sauce. When the young lady upfront failed to put the tomato sauce in with my order, I kindly asked her for it. She took two or three minutes and then arrived with the sauces. When I got back to my hotel, one of the sauces was doused in salt. We live in scary times when employees think they have the right to contaminate our food. I did call the Manager once this was discovered, and there was no assistance whatsoever.

Go to any other location but this one. The service is poor and attitudes stink. I have been here twice and my pizza has come out awful both times. I never get this issue with the location on 2nd Loop. Even if you have to drive further it is definitely worth it.
