We've tried the pizza and crazy bread multiple times, but everytime it's be mediocre or pretty awful. The last batch of crazy bread we got had no butter/sauce on it so it was like eating dried up dough. The time before that we got an old, burnt pizza. don't think staff are rude per say, but they definitely are not nice either. Not exactly worth the hassle. Not to mention no matter what time of day we go they usually have an excuse for not wanting to make the food. Overall would never choose this location.

Food never ready it’s just this location, all the other locations in Florence are very prompt with service. Every time I come they hand me this little black box and tell me it will be 5 10 minutes makes no sense to wait for pizza this cheap anyways I even have to wait for online orders I place doesn’t make no sense at all they need better micro management here

Harley eat little Caesar went in today for a whole pie w green peppers and beef. When I first received the pie the peppers was uneven cuts sum big sum little and not portion throughout the whole Pie. I immediately brought it back and explain to them not only did the pizza look sloppy, but it was falling apart everything was sliding off. The manager on staff was every helpful not only did he fix the problem, it looks better than i expected. Thank you for taking the time. Tyler is definitely a manager who cares about what the customer wants. He did not complain he absolutely listen and took everything I said in.

When I arrived to pick up my order it was not placed in the code boxes. Instead I had to wait for the SINGLE employee to finish everyone else's orders before he even looked my way to tell me to wait, most of the time he was in the back and never asked what I needed or what he could help me with. Instead told me to wait, wait, wait. By the time he asked me what I needed and actually handed me the food it was cold. Had I been able to tell him I was there to pick up an order I could have been able to skip an unnecessary 30 minute wait. I expected my order that was placed AN HOUR in advance would be enough time for them to have it done and placed into the self serve boxes, but no. When I got home the mini pizzas I had asked for were very small and burned. I had half a mind to drive back and show them to a manager and ask for a refund, the only reason I didn't is because I had already spent a good 30 minutes waiting for my order that was just sitting in the back. Would NOT recommend anyone to go to this place. It would be faster and easier to drive 20 mins out of your way and go to a different one.

IF ZERO WAS POSSIBLE I’D GIVE NEGATIVE STARS.
Every time I order from this Little Caesars, the pizza is either undercooked, floppy, or way too thin. Out of all my visits, I’ve only had one pizza that was made right. It’s disappointing because this location is so close to my house, but the quality here is consistently bad. I shouldn’t have to reheat or “fix” my pizza after paying for it. I’ve given this place multiple chances, but I’m done. Something seriously needs to change with the way this store is being run. If it’s worth mentioning the employee’s always have an attitude too. Not going back anymore after this time.

Tried this place again. This time I ordered online, went through drive thru and the young man working was very helpful and my food was delicious
Went at lunch—nothing “hot n ready” according to the lady at drive through “we don’t have any pizzas”. Come back through at 4 pm decided to try again. Different lady, nothing hot n ready except 1 cheese puff. WTH has happened to little ceasars? Although I will say the 2nd lady was at least polite
If you want to have a rude manager/employee get mad and make snide comments at you for waiting on change that they OWE you, here’s the place for you. Absolutely ridiculous! We’ll stick to the other Little Caesar’s, the service here is atrocious

The pizza tasted like store bought frozen pizza. The crazy bread looked nothing like the pictures on the menu. The crazy bread looked like ultra white, plain tasting dough. The employees were great.

Ordered deep dish pizza half pepperoni and half cheese. This is the second time I've ordered pizza and it was soggy. It was slimy with sauce on the bottom of the pizza. Went to get a refund because it was my second time it happened. They said they don't do refunds.... They only will give store credit. Then I was waiting for something like a gift card or something she gave me a reprint of my receipt. There was no management there. The cashier said there won't be any management till Tuesday.

I was waiting for food for about 30 mins with my dad and mind you I have 2 younger brothers that are 3 and 8 and they have bed times and I got home at 9:15 and we pulled up at 8:38 just terrible then couldn’t give any refund and didn’t give us store credit and just tried to make our pizza faster just terrible
