HORRIBLE experience. Call 40 min in advance en route on a Wednesday 11-1130 am. Party of 8 was told would be NO wait. Arrived and after waiting 10-15 min asked what was taking so long because the table was set up. They said they needed to let all the orders of folks that they seated before us- maybe five couples who had no reservations ahead of us that were seated as we all stood there. They were not even busy. I asked for a manager and it took forever for him to come out. No apology- no sense of urgency. The restaurant was <25% full. Manager had the most lackadaisical attitude. Not a concern in the world or care. Never again!!! Never again.

I often eat at Longhorn Steakhouses when I am on the road for work. This was my first visit to this particular location and the first time I had eaten at a Longhorn Steakhouse when not at work. My wife and I were on our way home from vacation and stopped in Florence SC as we usually do. Instead of Outback, where we usually eat after a long day on the road. I wanted to go to Longhorn Steakhouse for a good bowl of French Onion Soup, a good steak and a glass of wine.
I have always enjoyed the French Onion Soup at Longhorn, not the best I have ever had but always a good choice. That was not the case today. I asked that it be served with my wife’s appetizer so I could enjoy it before my dinner was served. The first attempt was cold, refrigerator cold not just sitting out cold.
The second attempt was hot but had only cheese, onions and bread, no broth. Adding insult to injury, it was served at the same time as my dinner, a trait of all of the Longhorn Steakhouses I have been to is that everything is served at once; app, salad, soup and entrée. It didn’t matter much in this case, my steak was room temperature, as was the asparagus and the mushrooms. My wife’s lobster was also cold; they made her a new one that was hot.
The server was not very attentive to the issues either, failing to ask if everything was as ordered the first time and not following up on the second attempts. The food was not his fault but the slow service was.

My wife and I went to eat as we do every Saturday, only today we sat at a booth then the bar. We'll bigest mistake ever.we spent about a 100 everything we go there with tip. I order the longhorn medium rare, and mushrooms for appetizer. My wife order potato soup and chicken.my steak came out well done wife's soup came out and it was not potato, it was new England clam chowder.i am glad I stopped my wife from putting spoon full of it in her mouth because she has a bad allergic reaction to clams. So we ended up leaving hungry .manger wanted to remake but we were headed somewhere so it could not do. So he figured giving us a 20 dollar off for what happen was good. Well not me,I eat there once a week and spend good money there to me it was a slap in the face. Just wrong!

Sat and waited on server for over 23 minutes we gave them time thinking maybe they had to run to the restroom. decided to leave after server went to tables around us. I usually don’t care about things like this, and I’d let it slide because we are all just people. But that’s honestly just insane. I politely got up and my table left.
