As soon as we walked in we weren’t greeted and had to stand to wait until someone acknowledged us. Once we were seated our server (Wawa)took drinks but failed to bring them but was bringing people who came in after us their stuff. Our food was left to sit and was no longer fresh upon arrival to the table. Our waitress failed to make sure our drinks were refilled we sat with empty cups. The time waiting for food and drinks with a barely busy establishment is unacceptable.

Fiod is really good. They can be pretty inconsistent with how the steaks are cooked. Medium can come out VERY red, and medium-well is burnt. I highy recommend you checking in online when getting a table.

Visited around 1130. Slow service, when food came out it took about 10 minutes for the rest to come out. Plates were dirty. Food quality has gone down.

My husband and I walked into Longhorn after waiting at a nearby restaurant for 13 minutes and not even having our drink order taken. We were greeted by smiling faces at Longhorn, immediately seated and drink order taken less than 2 mins after being seated. Our server was SAMUEL and he was amazing! Very professional and personable and had a smile the entire time. I told him about our experience before we left and was shocked when he informed us this was only his 2nd night on the floor!! We all definitely be going back and I hope we get Samuel each time! If you want a pleasant dining experience in a wonderful atmosphere with an amazing server, please go check out Longhorns in Florence!!
Service was ok, but the steak wasn't marinated and the bake potatoe was old and 2x baked. This LongHorn establishment is going down hill in Service and food preparation. The last two x I've been to this establishment has been a terrible experience. This will be my last time wasting $ 70 dollars to be unsatisfied at this location.

My husband and I came to celebrate on 26th Anniversary on tonight , the server was very sweet and pleasant But our food didn’t reach satisfactory on tonight, steak wasn’t cook right, then overcooked, porkchops tough/veryhard -and broccoli raw! The worst I’ve Experience! Although they gavr a 10 percent discount, the Manager never came to our table, to address our concerns, which was very surprising!!!

We had the best experience today at Longhorn. Food was excellent and our server Shay was beyond excellent! Next time you go to Longhorn, do yourself a favor and request Shay! You will not be disappointed!
