Fiod is really good. They can be pretty inconsistent with how the steaks are cooked. Medium can come out VERY red, and medium-well is burnt. I highy recommend you checking in online when getting a table.
My husband and I walked into Longhorn after waiting at a nearby restaurant for 13 minutes and not even having our drink order taken.
