It is true the food quantities at this place are insane. That being said as far as service i felt the lady was friendly welcoming but the boy at the register only seemed to want to cash me out and move on to the next person. The food was good and admittedly better than average but nothing to write home about the main issue was lack of options and the rice and lo mein were to plain. The atmosphere well that's not a fair thing to judge on it was after all a mall food court

The best, I love Magnolia Wok (I drive all the way from Fort Bragg/Fayetteville, NC), every time I work near or in Florence South Carolina I am in Magnolia Wok, getting my plate that last almost 3 days I love it the food is so delicious. I can't thank the owner enough for being patient with me when I was ordering, I traveled from MD while on vacation and had to stop and try their food. He was nice enough to let me sample the black pepper chicken, I was surprised how flavorful it was, I was more surprised to see the portion sizes were true to what I saw on tiktok. If I am ever traveling through Florence I will make sure to stop there again.

The sesame chicken was good, the teriyaki chicken was good, but the bourbon chicken was dry. The wings had been refried and so was th egg rolls. Will go again but earlier in the day like when they first open

We decided to go to Magnolia Wok during this visit for Chinese food. We’ve been here a few times before and we love how much food we get with your order. Since we knew what to expect we decided to get one plate and split it. The person taking the order was nice and even confirmed our order with us prior to us paying. The person making the plates told us it would be a small wait because they wanted to give us fresh chicken instead of the little bit of chicken that had been sitting, which we thought was so thoughtful! The wait wasn’t long and we ordered the orange chicken with lo mein, everything was fresh and really good. Even after splitting the plate between the two of us we were still able to get seconds should we want it. The area was little crowded as the location is in the food court of the mall but the place itself wasn’t bad and they were moving their line right along. 10/10
Parking: Lots of parking as it is located in the mall but can have days where the parking lot is packed

We went because of the online videos and the service sucked. They forgot our lo mein after I repeated the order so many times. They honeslty don’t care at all for good service. He literally just sat for 10-15 mins before he started making orders. The experience was awful and the portions weren’t as big as the videos.
They only accept cash too.

The only 2 things good about this place is that they fill your plates with so much food, its definitely a great deal for only $13.50. The service was awesome, the guy that helped me waited until I came back from he ATM and most places would not. Now for the amount of food and price, it was not tasty at all. The rice was plain box yellow rice you can make at home, the burbon chicken was dry and the orange chicken was soggy. As if the ppl that made the food could care leas how it tasted or was presented as long as it sold. Its as if they over compensate the amount of food given for the taste. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the bottled pepsi. I see why they only take cash because you cant dispute the charge for poor quality. Definitely will not be going back there.
