I have had Marcos before in Florida and enjoyed it. This one was not on the same level and wouldn’t go again.
We were here for the night and needed something to eat. Marco’s was recommended by the front desk of our hotel.
We drove over thinking we would eat there. The outside of the place was nice, inside had sporadic tables placed and just wasn’t a place you wanted to have dinner in, we ended up bringing it back with us to the hotel.
The girl at the front was very nice but the pizza wasn’t good and the cheesy bread had no taste.
We didn’t eat it all, and just ended up going to sleep.
Very disappointing.

Can't rate on atmosphere, as my order was a Doordash. I like to order my pizza easy on the sauce, I called promptly after placing my Doordash order to explain the request, as Doordash doesn't allow for this modification and they super polite in honoring the request. Pizza was quick, on time, and hot.

So I’ve been to this pizza place probably about four times since I’ve been in South Carolina. The last two times have been horrible. The first time it was horrible. I said oh that’s one off but the second time it was horrible, which was yesterday September 28 at approximately 7:30-ish I ordered a pizza online drove up from Hartsville to pick it up. I got in the line outdoor waited for about 20 minutes. Finally decided to go ahead and park since my pizza was ready. I went in to get the pizza the lady was on the phone. Never even looked at any of the people that were in the lobby waiting for pizza or to make orders. You had about five different people in the background two young man, flipping joking around with the Pizza dough. I stood there for about 15 minutes as the line continue to get longer. I finally just had to yell to the young lady that was just standing in the back, putting tags on a whole bunch of pizza and taking more orders, but never giving people their pizza if she could please just give me my pizza. After that, she did walk over and she gave me my pizza… How come she couldn’t ask people or greet people at the beginning? Because it’s great to continue to take and make pizza but if you’re not giving people their pizzas what’s the point? Before I left, another man was walking in, and he was very upset about the pizza that he had been given. Also, when you looked outside the outside line had longer again and still the same car that was there at the Window was still there. The woman on the phone was still on the phone when I left. When I drove back to Hartsville, my pizza had so much pepperoni on the top of it. It wasn’t cooked through honest to Got I swear they didn’t even put cheese on my pepperoni melts. I’m very upset sadly with it only Being in the middle of nowhere, I will not be returning to this location. I also took a video of what I was seeing in this Marco Pizza just completely ridiculous. The owner manager needs to get on top of things. Also note the young lady on the phone I’ve worked with her before and she’s very friendly. It look like she was overwhelmed and not receiving the help that she needed it and probably wasn’t speaking to anybody because she was embarrassed. It seem like seven people working in a building that had absolutely no management organization leadership on doing anything and it really needs to be looked into.

Awesome food.... but the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. An hour and 30+ min wait for a large pizza, a pizza bowl and 15 boneless wings. If you're looking for food in a reasonable amount of time, keep driving past this place. I placed an online order at 5:36pm, waited until I received an email reciting that my order was ready (about 30 min). It was 7:15 when I left the parking with my order.

Clean, not cozy. Primarily a delivery and carry out business. Clean, friendly with adequate seating for a family or little league team. Menu items are excellent and a little pricey (Compared to similar) if you're only concern is the price go somewhere else. If you were more about quality, consistency, and excellent ingredients and flavor, this is definitely the place to go. Lively and friendly service is an added Plus

Marcos was my family's go-to pizza place until the last time we ordered. We ate a few slices of our XL cheese pizza and then realized a slice had a CLUMP of male human hair baked into the edge of the slice near the crust. The consistency was not hair from a person's head. That's all I know. Next to the hair was a long, plastic or silicone looking thread. It was clear and several inches long. I don't know what happened, but I do know Marco's has been completely written off at my household. I can't, in good faith, pay good money to a place that has given me trust issues. Just fyi-- yall check your food. Chances are, it'll be fine, but that one time it isn't will getcha.
