We came in between 11am-11:30am and ordered 3 dinners. After waiting forever for our food we observed an older Caucasian man getting our bag together and he dropped our coleslaw on floor and then put it back in the bag on top of our other food and tried to hand it to us. We observed the coleslaw container with dirt around it still in bag and then asked for a refund. They still tried to give us only another coleslaw. This is cross contamination and nastiness.

Staff was nice & food was ready quickly. However, the chicken was not good. It was bland & just not that great. The coleslaw was really thick with too much mayonnaise & the Mashed potatoes had some weird white gravy (the kind you put on biscuits) & was essentially tasteless. I spent $84 on 2 buckets of chicken & sides. I won't be coming back.
